I am not sure why this place does not have more 5 star reviews?! The place is kept clean, the prices are great, Carvel ice cream is always good, and the man in the front is honestly refreshing. He doesn't try to act super friendly and welcoming or fake like high schoolers working at other ice cream or frozen yogurt places trying to get tipped. I get three stars, not because the ice cream isn't good, because it is. The guy that works there, an Asian gentleman. He is grumpy and just sort of rude in his actions. I'm not sure he was just old school, or just a rude person in general. He wasn't rude to me, but he was kind of grumpy and stodgy towards other people in the ice cream place. I only went here once, about a year ago. I've been to lots of Carvel stores (yum) but the counterperson acted like we were a bother to serve, even though there were no other customers and we asked for no special orders or treatment. He literally looked annoyed by our intrusion and the portions were smaller than other Carvels I've been to.. Oh well
