“I have had the opportunity to eat Roohi's Biryani multiple times. My favorite is the Goat Biryani. Very tasty and spiced with the just the right amount of flavor, heat and deliciousness. Usually, goat is a fatty meat, but here, they cook the goat enough to help all of the fat melt away and in the process, it loses the gamey smell as well. I enjoyed their food so much, that I took a family portion of the chicken biryani to a friends house who also complimented the food.“
“I ordered the Lamb Gyro and the taste reminded me of my time in the Middle East.I have eaten many gyros from many restaurants but the Gyro from here tasted exactly like in the Middle East.Kudos to the owner for getting the authentic taste to New Jersey!“
