“The food was amazing and the staff was sooooooo beyond kind. One of the members of our party ended up getting ill. The staff brought bread, special drink, brought ice for her head and really cared. “Love this place! I visited the city in June and tried Kotti for the first time. It was so delicious that I made my family come to Brooklyn with me to try it during our current trip in NYC. While looking at the menu, we were very kindly offered free samples, and after telling the worker that I am moving into the city, he gave me a free baklava as a “welcome gift.” The food and service were exceptional, and I’m looking forward to coming next time I am in Brooklyn!“

“We ordered saag paneer, chicken tikka masala, lamb korma, and garlic naan. Everything was delicious, particularly the lamb korma, which was fantastic. All of the meat was cooked perfectly, and I had never had paneer be toasted before, which was nice. Also, I ordered togo in-person, and they invited us to sit at a dining table while we waited - very kind. Will definitely return.“

“Very delicious shawarma! If you’re from a CIS country and miss that authentic taste, this is the place to go. We ordered Shawerma #6 — it comes with meat, vegetables, and fries inside the wrap. It was incredibly tasty!
The preparation time is usually around 10–20 minutes, but during busy hours you may have to wait longer, so ordering online is a good idea. The interior is beautiful and stylish, although there isn’t much seating space. The music was a bit too loud — I would have preferred it quieter. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!“

“WOW. We came in here not knowing what to expect and tried only 2 dishes… The Fattoush salad and the Lamb Ouzi Royale platter.
Boy, oh boy, were we pleasantly surprised!!! A little too much on the fried pita chips on the salad but I loved their dressing…a sweet and tangy flavor. Now the Lamb with rice was a hit. You have to try this lamb, it has great flavor…it’s absolutely delicious. The lamb was super tender it fell off the bone 🍖 We will be back!!!!!“

“I had a very good experience at Shashlik Uz N1 and am giving it 4 stars. The food was definitely the highlight, earning a full 5-star rating for its quality. The service was also strong at 4 stars, while the atmosphere was a bit more basic at 2 stars. Overall, it's a fantastic spot if you are prioritizing a great meal!“

“I have ordered form here several times and everytime it’s been AMAZING. My go to is their chicken shawarma combo that comes with fries and coleslaw. Very filling and tastes so so good, always fresh and hot. I didn’t even know it was a women owned business!!! I haven’t visited the restaurant in person yet but will soon! “Juicy, delicious shashlik and lula kebab — the liver was especially surprising, so tender and succulent. Good service. The space is a bit dark; I would add more lighting to the interior. I would also add complimentary tap water, as is common in all restaurants. But none of that matters once you start eating — these guys definitely know how to cook meat.“
