“Best tacos ever . I’ve been a client since the Sombrero truck on Market St in between Checkers and post office . Then they moved to union blvd . I’ve taken my immediate family ,taken friends , when my outer states visitors come is the first place they get taken to also!! “Service: Gustavo man, Gustavo. This Brother gave us top tier service, Masha Allah. He was extremely patient as I was really undecided on what to order since it was authentic Mexican and he really kept our interests in mind. I kept calling him over and over again but he kept smiling and you can tell he was genuinely understanding. He greeted us with Salaam and was so courteous through our whole time there. He also checked in on us to make sure things were going good. Great customer service is something that I never overlook and this customer service I received was one of the best.

Food: And the food was so good. It came out one by one so we had stuff to eat from the moment we sat down with the tortilla chips. Had all of our food within 10 min or so which was great. We had Birria tacos, steak bowl, the special quesadilla (forgot the name as it's in Spanish but it had maiz in the name), and tortilla chips. Everything was delicious and legitimately tasted like an authentic foreign cuisine. It is not your average Mexican bowl place. Heavy props to the chef for the amazing flavors and textures of the food!

Halal: I mostly eat at HFSAA or HMS Halal certified locations. So considering they were also certified is always my first step to going to any restaurant. I wouldn't have even come if they weren't certified.

“My husband and I first heard about this place from King Schratz and I’m so glad we did!

Yes, like others have mentioned, it is a bit pricey, but it's absolutely worth it. The food is consistently delicious and you really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. My husband loves their tacos and burrito, and I’m a big fan of their elotes, tacos and taco bowls. Even my 79-year-old mother, who normally isn’t a fan of Mexican food, loves theirs. That alone says a lot!

Their tres leches is also incredible. I’ve sampled a lot of tres leches cakes in my life and theirs easily jumped to the top of my list.

Beyond the food, the customer service is just as impressive. Two of the owners, Jay and Kike, are always so friendly, accommodating, and helpful. They even offer delivery, and their driver, Juan, is just as awesome! In this day and age, it’s rare to find a Mexican spot that’s both authentic and Latino-owned... and Just Tacos is exactly that. We’re more than happy to keep supporting them!“

“Recently had my daughters graduation party at Agave. Isaac, the owner was extremely helpful and the staff worked very hard to make sure my party ran smoothly. The food and cocktails were fantastic. We had a party of 50+ with a DJ and had plenty of room dinner and dancing. The party was very affordable! Would definitely recommend!!“

“Tobala is so worth the visit! We decided to give Tobala a try and we were not disappointed. The initial entry was warm and inviting, and we were immediately seated. The ambiance was romantic and cozy and the layout was efficient and flowy.
The playlist was great, the service was excellent and the food was impeccably delicious! We almost did not want to disturb it. Everything was spot-on!
The appetizers were small , but fresh, tasty and delish! The entrees were a bit larger in portion, delicious and filling! The prices were steep, but this place serves authentic high quality foods. We were glad that we chose Tobala for our date night! We enjoyed the desserts— the bunuela and the tres leches, I preferred the center of my tres leches not be so distinctively orange-flavored.

“WOW. I’m honestly speechless and that’s saying a lot, especially since the place was busy.

The birria tacos were out of this world. Full of flavor, perfectly cooked, and every bite delivered. What really impressed me was the consistency. When I ordered again, the tacos came out in less than five minutes just as the first time and tasted just as amazing as the first round. Drink quality also on point!

The service was attentive and on point the entire time. A special shout out to Helen for her excellent attention and genuine care. She truly elevated the experience.

“Had the breakfast burrito 🌯 been wanting to get to this place for a while.

Wasn’t the best I’ve ever had but it was good. The chorizo was the one I went with definitely wasn’t disappointed.

I don’t think it’s worth a far drive but if you’re in the area or it’s not completely out your way it’s definitely worth stopping in for a visit. The place does have seating but not a lot of room. There is a park near by and lots of outdoor seating near the area. That’s what I chose to do.

The breakfast burrito price was amazing especially for nyc the food was good quality and really delicious. The sauce everyone was talking about wasn’t over powering. Matter of fact I wish I had more next time I’ll ask for some on the side felt like I needed an extra pump 😂.

I truly enjoyed this place and I’m sure you guys will also the coffee was mid but it’s ok food makes up for it.

“Decades ago I used to frequent a bar in the Village called Burrito Loco. We always had the same server/bartender. I went there A LOT. Fast forward to about 10 years ago. I was living in Pal Park and I had a craving for Mexican food. I saw this place in Fort Lee and I decided to go there to eat. It's a moderately sized place with nice decorations. Festive, clean and well lit. I'm not sure what I ordered (probably enchiladas or a shrimp dish) but I do remember it being pretty good. During this visit our waiter (the owner) said to me "you used to go to Burrito Loco right? I remember you". What?! I could not believe it! It had been over 2 decades since I had been there! I guess I left a lasting impression back then and hadn't aged much (yellow don't mellow lol). To this day I am still shocked! Anyway, while living in Pal Park I ordered from here once in a while. Delivery always took forever! Currently I live back in my hometown of Englewood. There are a few great authentic Mexican places nearby (no, not Blue Moon. It's not "authentic", it's Tex-mex......I worked there for 4 years a long time ago). I was in the mood for a different Mexican place so I decided to order from here through GrubHub. The food came earlier than estimated and was still nice and hot. Portions were great, order was packed well, and they sent free chips and salsa (I hate when places don't send chips and salsa or bread for free when it's free when you dine in). Everything was very good, but fell short on a couple of things......the shredded beef in the tacos was surprisingly bland. I felt horrible for my man because it was the only thing he had (he doesn't eat rice & beans). My burrito Poblano was awesome BUT not nearly enough of that delicious mole sauce. They need to put some of that sauce inside the burrito too. Overall I will definitely order from here again. Maybe I'll even stop in to say hi to Arturo!“
