“The people who work here always have been friendly and kind. Always say hello when you walk in. I ordered online and when I got home they forgot to put chicken on my Chiwawa. I got a survey I complained and in an hour I got a response of an apology and a nice coupon for my next time I go. Things do happen and people make mistakes but customer service was great on making it right for me. I really enjoy their food . But Bubbakoos is worth a try.“

“The pizza is out of this world. The sauce is incredible and my favorite has to be the Brooklyn MVP and the Portney Bar Pie! Whole menu makes it so I can mix it up but I seem to always go back to the Brooklyn MVP! Great spot, great menu, amazing food!“

“So I took an extra trip from NYC to try the this Ice Cream, trust me it was worth it. My suggestion is that if you do come this way plan to stay in the area at least one day to see the Butterfly Falls and stop here to enjoy the best ice cream that you will ever try. They have many different flavors available. Next to the Ice Cream shop, there is also Pizzeria, and a great store located on the same yard. Pizza I did not try, it was closed when I arrived. But I did mange to get few things from their store. Large selection of products, from Bread, different spices, sauces, fruits, vegetables. The best time to come here is when the Apple picking season starts. Keep up the good work!“

“me & my boyfriend came in tonight, 9/16/25. we met my boyfriends dad for his birthday & the bartender was amazing! he definitely went above & beyond for us. they did the airplane shot for his birthday & gave him the beautiful hate to wear. the bartender joked with us while we were there & kept checking in on us throughout our dinner. “Fitness Grill is a gem. The food is always fresh, healthy, and actually tastes great which is hard to find when you’re eating clean. You can tell they care about quality and consistency. “Came for dinner with another couple. The tapas eggplant was delicious, light and flavorful. Just lovely. We had two burgers and two steaks. All delicious and perfectly cooked. Service was excellent and the restaurant is beautiful, however, there is a huge bar in the middle of the restaurant. Which normally would not be an issue but this evening four young women were “working” the older men sitting at the bar. It became clear as the evening progressed that this was going on. None of us could believe what was happening right next to our table!! As the targeted men left the bar the young women quickly moved on to their next victims. It was all very obvious and pretty repulsive. Such a shame to have this type of thing happening in a lovely restaurant. I would hope management will be alerted by the bartenders that their establishment has become prey for this type of behavior. Quite unsettling.“

“We celebrated a milestone birthday in the dining area next to the terrace with delicious food and great service. The bar had a large selection of beer, wine had a dozen options, plus mixed drinks. The staff let me taste a couple beers before I chose one to go with my calamari appetizer which was very large and well prepared. I do think the standout appetizer was the tuna which had an amazing citrus flavor. For my main I had the sea bass while most of the others had streaks. I thought it was delicious and the rice delicious. Maybe a tad too much butter for me, but no complaints. I skipped desert but the chocolate cake and apple tarts looked amazing. Service was top notch, my water glass was consistently filled and the staff present but not too much so. A great late afternoon dining experience.“

“We ate at Black Forest Inn tonight. We did not realize a reservation was needed tonight as we are not in area. We were still accommodated by a friendly staff, service was very efficient, quick with refill with drinks. I love the decor of the restaurant. The experience is great. Food is amazingly. We did make reservations to return Dec 13 for the German Christmas event.“

“We held my mother and her twin brother’s 75th birthday in the Patio Room on Friday evening. Everything was perfect. The food was wonderful. Everyone was stuffed! My favorite was the shrimp and scallops, my husband’s couldn’t get enough of the prime rib! Jonathan and his team took such great care of us. He was so attentive. I have no idea how he remembered what everyone was drinking because we were getting up and mingling, but he managed to make sure everyone had a drink in their hand. Being next to the pizza oven when it was below freezing made it so cozy! I would absolutely recommend Cinders; a great time was had by all.“
