“Personally, I never had a problem with their food. It was always fresh and hot. To get really fresh donuts, you have to go early in the morning or sometime in the late afternoon In my opinion. The only reason why I give them a four star is because they are so busy, at the drive-through, it’s hard to back up and get out of the parking spot sometimes. But otherwise, they’re good for me. I see some reviews about getting the food mixed up occasionally, but I have never experienced that there.“

“Why is this store soo inconsistent?, sometimes friendly & orders are right, other times they’re rude & mess up your orders 🙄 for example, I ordered a peppermint mocha latte & that’s what the receipt & sticker said, but yet it was the gingerbread flavor latte!, customers are always complaining but they don’t seem to care“

“The manager (Jade) does a wonderful job making my coffee in the morning (5:15am), there’s another girl who works the morning that makes it correctly (mobile order, you have to read it out to make the coffee, all ingredients and amounts are written down) anyone else manages to give me an iced coffee for my hot, too much milk, and the coffee is no longer hot at all, then you spend 7-9 minutes in the drive thru waiting for another, I’m honestly not someone who complains, but when I have 15 minutes to get coffee and I still don’t have enough time, something is wrong. There’s nothing wrong with kids working at a fast food place, just make sure they are properly trained! I had to walk a mile and a half home this morning because I had to wait 18 minutes for a coffee, no one has time for that, especially in the morning.“

“the amazing staff here is the best. i go all the time for coffee and the drive thru workers have gotten to know my kids lol went tonight for a coffee and saw they do diy donuts kit. they didnt have enoigh donuts for a full kit so they gave us 2 donuts, the frosting, and sprinkles for free! thanks guys!!“

“Since the drive thru is the only way tomake a purchase, it would be nice if napkins are put in the bag without me having to say “Could I please have a few napkins in the bag” so I dont show up at work with cream cheese all over. Its drive thru, and I’m going to eat while I’m “Driving”. Also should a I say please cut the bagel in half or do I say please or thank at the end of the question. If the franchise owner reads this please consider this. 3.0/5. Food is good service at the window needs help. I see alot of 5’s in the rating, must be employees.“
