Since the drive thru is the only way tomake a purchase, it would be nice if napkins are put in the bag without me having to say “Could I please have a few napkins in the bag” so I dont show up at work with cream cheese all over. Its drive thru, and I’m going to eat while I’m “Driving”. Also should a I say please cut the bagel in half or do I say please or thank at the end of the question. Dunkin' is a cozy spot with friendly service. The staff is attentive and goes the extra mile to make customers feel special. The donuts are a hit, especially the munchkins, loved by kids. The place is festive, perfect for a quick stop and a coffee break. The drinks and food are always top notch and the atmosphere of the location is amazing with an outside patio. This place is always so clean and the staff are always so kind and professional. With how busy they get they do a good job keeping up, though the new kiosk for ordering can sometimes get orders messed up.
