“I consider myself a pizza connoisseur- I have had pizza from all the "best pizza" spots across NJ: Santillo's in Elizabeth, Talula's in Asbury Park, Porta (Jersey City and Asbury), Brooklyn Square (the upside down pie in both Toms River and Jackson locations), Sciortino's in South Amboy, Pete and Elda's, Federici's in Freehold Boro, Crust and Crumble (Asbury park), Arturo's/Artie's in Maplewood, Razza in Jersey City, Rosie's in Point Pleasant (my second all time favorite. Their square pie, wow). But.. after all of that, Antimo's makes my favorite pie, by far, the Brooklyn style Grandma. It is my #1 and I can't believe it's still a hidden gem. I order this pizza almost weekly.. The bread. The crust doused in olive oil, The sauce, the chunky tomatoes, the Buffalo mozzarella, the fresh grated parm on top. Wow. Wow. Wow. So much flavor. It is literally my perfect pizza and I could eat it everyday. How lucky am I that I happen to live within 5 minutes of Antimo's?...The pizza gods blessed me. I've also had their Detroit style pizza too which is phenomenal, their vodka sauce (I love), the staff/owners, everyone is so lovely. Try the brooklyn style grandma, you will not be disappointed!!“

My other half got a burger, and that looked really good, and he said was delicious. We both enjoyed everything and the bartender was friendly and funny. Great experience. “Rays Subs are always on point. Food always tastes fresh and you can tell they take their time preparing each order. I normaly place an order for pickup and they always have the food ready within 5-10mins. As soon as you go in the store you feel welcome, everyone is friendly and their service is prompt. “Went here with my partner tonight for our 4th anniversary. A go to spot for us. He got a Manhattan to drink and I got a Rothaus. For food we got the pulled pork nachos, the “landing” burger and the honey glazed salmon. Everything came out quickly and was very good. With it being a Saturday night our server (Viv) was very attentive with how busy it was. All of the staff was very helpful and we’ll definitely continue to come here.“

“Went here with my girlfriend twice 2 weeks in a row. The atmosphere is relaxing and peaceful. The service was fantastic as well as the food. I got a char burger the first time and then the double char burger the second. I got them both without onions and they listened. “Just starting going to more halal restaurants lately and as for this one the best chicken wings I've had in awhile. Fresh not frozen, flats just as meaty as the drumsticks. I couldn't decide on what flavor or sauce to get since they all looked good so of course "got all of them"?. Awesome move I must say, but way too many wings for my daughter and I to eat. Although the leftovers warmed up just as good in the oven for lunch the following day(BONUS). “This is moreso a critique of shake shack as a whole, not so much specific to the location.It's just five guys without customization. Like quite literally the price for a 2 patty bacon burger is nearly exactly the same (probably a few cents difference but w/e)And I know a lot of people swear by their meat blend for their patties but I don't know that I'd be able to tell the difference in a blind five guys patty vs a shake shack patty. It's ok if you like it thanks to placebo but I wouldn't go out of my way to get this if you've got a five guys nearby.“

“Reluctantly called about 30 mins before they closed tonight, got home from work late, still hoped there was time to get a cheesesteak delivered. Thankfully, they were happy to help. First time getting a cheesesteak from them and wow I am impressed. They whipped up a nicely stuffed cheesesteak on a lightly toasted sub roll. Was perfect and delicious, also came to my surprise with cajun fries which were also great. 10/10“

“I find it strange that some of these reviews call this place overpriced--it's definitely not considering today's prices for ingredients. The portions definitely reflect the price--I always have leftovers when I order a lamb platter. It's definitely more of quantity over quality leaning but delicious for the type of food I'd expect from a casual place like this. I get their wings regularly and they always do more than you order because they're on the smaller side and they're decent enough wings. I love lamb so thats another reco. Service is great. Usually a friendly guy behind the counter and they just did a salad swap for rice for me today, no objections. Ambiance is casual sports joint? I probably wouldn't eat there but mostly because I live 5 min away.“

“I normally don't do reviews, but I didn't want to leave and needed an excuse, so I'm currently looking very busy on my phone lol, BUT OMG, the service was great. The only down side was that I didn't get my waiters name lol. And the food was....PERFECT. The crowd was nice and chill too so the environment had a great vibe as well. I loved the music in the background as well, it really fills the space. From the moment I walked in to me writing this review was all in less than an hour. DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND.“
