“We were in town last night for a sports tournament and stumbled upon the Firkin Tavern. With four kids and four adults, we weren’t sure what to expect, especially since the tavern was pretty busy with only one server. At first, we were a little concerned it might be overwhelming, but Mike, our waiter, quickly proved us wrong. He was absolutely amazing! Despite the crowd, he handled everything seamlessly and was extremely attentive. “I recommend that your Managers learn Customer Service etiquette. My daughter & I purchased dinner last night(9/7/12) early evening. First, the young lady taking the order mentioned salt is not put on the fries when My daughter requested “no salt”(We know better than this, we are frequent customers). After waiting for our order I realized the “girl” (I think she is a manager)preparing the fries sprinkled salt on the fries so I mentioned it to my daughter so approached “the girl” to let her no salt was not ordered for the fries and she rolled her eyes as though it was my daughter’s fault that she put salt on our fries. “The girl” made more fries but when she called our order number (33) she slammed the bag down and slid the bag toward my daughter with “attitude on her face” I reacted by saying “did she just slam down the bag and slide it across the counter”? I did not make a scene because I didn’t want to embarrass her. I spent $24 for food and I did nothing to deserve her “nasty attitude” what she needs to do is train her employees properly and learn what Customer Service means. I will make a call to the Owner“

With several delays she kick butt on serving, bar tending, bar backing, running, and POS all alone lole a 1 person army of badasstery. This women is straight up amazing. I really cannot express how well she handled a literal boat load of customers single handedly. In most places with the situation of delays I've seen, would've folded 10 times over. But Stacey was FN amazing. She was superhuman and honestly if you see her please take care of her. Seriously no way of judging her as a mear mortal. “We sat in the back room. The vibe was not vibing. Hopefully I can have a birthday party in the back room. The reason I didn’t put a low rating for atmosphere is because of the freshly sliced in our kitchen poster. That one in particular disturbed me greatly. At least every fanta flavor was available.

They easily could have grumbled about it, as it was a Friday and I am sure they wanted to clean up and go home, and they still could not have been friendlier or more accomodating.
