I was there with a group of 9. It took 2 hours to bring out our food. In all that time the manager never came out to say they were sorry or offer us a piece of bread, appetizer or a drink on the house. No bread!!!
It was a mess. No one knew what they were doing. It was a busy night but someone should have come over to explain and say they were sorry.
When the food came out, it was cold. My meal I couldn’t eat because it tasted vile.
Great local restaurant in Howell
all I have to say is. there's a reason not only my self but my whole family calls the chapter house "MY BAR" this place is amazing. from food to prices to staffing I love everything about the chapter house been going there with family since before I could even drive! it's just one of those places that you have to go there. experience it. and you will understand what I mean!
