“We have been going to Connie's for several years now and always love the great food , friendly staff and atmosphere. My favorites for breakfast are 3 eggs over easy , hashbrowns , bacon or sausage patties , rye or wheat toast along with coffee. My wife's favorite is blueberry pancakes or french toast and also scrambled eggs sometimes with home fries or hashbrowns. I wish they would also add eggs benedict to the menu as this is also one of my wife Wendy's favorites . All in all a great place for individuals , friends or families to gather for a great breakfast or lunch with fair prices.“

“Houlihan's Tuesday special for $14.99 was chicken tenders with French Fries. I received 6 large tenders and a plate full of crispy fries. The Chicken Taco Soup was delicious too. There was even enough to take home for another meal! Nicole is an excellent server!“

the tables are always spotless and everything is clean. dirty dishes don’t stay at the table long because someone comes by to take them, they’re just awesome like that.

food is always great, hot, and fresh. haven’t had a bad meal EXCEPT the chicken parmigiana dinner, the noodles were very bland and gross (in my opinion) but i’m not one to complain. the chicken was pretty good though. other than that all the food here is a hit, haven’t had to send back a meal ever!

i don’t know what the girls name is but she has dyed hair and busts her ass cleaning tables every time i see her. she works to the best of her ability and she’s quick and kind. all the workers are kind and help each other out. no attitudes. everyone is very professional, no one reeks of cigarettes or strong perfume which is a plus. everything was brought to the table quick even though there was a lot of people.

applebees is the best for fundraisers in the area too. as a kid i came here for a marching band event and had to serve pancakes. they’re always supporting schools or teams in some way

again i highly recommend it you’re in the area. applebees is a great place to go due to the fact they’re open for a whole chunk of the day. any occasion too.

“Amazing. We had our daughter’s sweet 16 last weekend at this venue and can not recommend this place enough! From the planning down to the nights end, the owner and his staff were incredibly attentive and bent over backwards to please! The food was excellent and plentiful, the venue was kept clean, the staff were on top of any soiled dishes and cups on the tables, and the outside area is gorgeous at night with the lights and waterfalls. There were small touches I wasn’t even aware of until the evening of our event. The mocktail bar for the kids had a menu where our daughter’s name was included in the names of all the drinks, flavors of the ice cream were more than the chocolate and vanilla other venues offer, the coffee was amazing, and the staff even helped clean our decorations at the end of the party. Everything I just mentioned and likely much more I’m forgetting at the moment all less expensive than most other venues we considered. Thank you again to Ravi and his staff for an incredible experience!“

“My husband and I LOVE River Rock's outdoor dining. We enjoy seeing the boats coming and going while we eat. The Manasquan River is a beautiful sight. Any food items that we have ordered are delicious. Lauren Guenther is one of our favorite servers. She's a sweetheart. She's very friendly, personable, and very focused on what she's doing. We know Lauren from when she served at Carrabba's. She was very special to us back then as she is now. Being local residents, we visit River Rock frequently during the summer and we will ALWAYS request either Lauren or Kelsey Conover because we simply adore them both. Only grip is the smell from the mens restroom. It smells like a sewer line back up or scaling build up on the inlining of the sewer pipes.“

Today I shared the Spring Street Sliders --- 2 bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches on biscuits, comes with hash browns --- and banana granola pancakes.

The pancakes were thick, teeming with banana slices and pieces of granola that were cooked inside the pancake batter. I had a bite, found it insanely delicious, and immediately went back in for a second bite to make sure I wasn't being a drama queen about these pancakes. The second bite confirmed my first impression and had me shaking my head with childish delight.

If you like banana pancakes, then you must try these banana granola pancakes. Utterly fantastic.

My sister ordered blueberry pancakes - blueberries in the batter - and she loved them.

As far as the biscuit sandwiches, if you're like me, you've got a little trepidation about ordering bacon, egg and cheese on a biscuit. Will the biscuit hold together, or am I going to have a plate filled with crumbled biscuit pieces?

This sandwich held together beautifully, down to the very last bite. The bacon, egg and cheese were seasoned well, not needing any salt or pepper to reach maximum tastiness.

The hash browns are delicious. I order mine Roberto's way: peppers and onions are added for an extra $1.50.

I've been here 3 times in the last two months. Each time has been superb.

The fact it was served already cut, apparently was the first clue to be prepared, this may take a minute. Flavor was better, but still needed to ask for s&p. Whipped potatoes amazing! French Onion soup as well. Rib appetizer out of this world! Don't buy the chicken nuggets although the presentation basket was a nostalgic touch. Macncheese side was incredible! Recommend the Wood-double Bourbon.“

“We stayed here so we could go to Six Flags. Really nice people and great customer service ! The front desk was very accommodating and helpful and the restaurant/ bar personnel were extremely sweet! Not many options to eat but what we had was actually fresh and surprisingly good for a small hotel. Free parking and laundry room were a big plus. Very quiet neighborhood and some weddings were happening while we stayed but I basically heard no noise from guests or was bothered by loud music. Really recommend!“

I went with 4 other people and ordered a steak which was okay, tasty but nothing crazy. When your paying their prices, a satisfactory steak just doesn’t cut it.
The design? Meh. And this was before all the competition came around. Now you really gotta up your game.
Not impressed by the ambience.

“The other day my friends and I had the pleasure of eating at the Langhorn Steakhouse on Rt 70 in Lakewood. The meals were more than reasonably priced, and they were delicious. The staff was attentive, extremely friendly and courteous. Ty, the host, met us so amiably and showed us to our table. The server, Sharon B., was so attentive we never had to ask her for anything. Anything we needed she was right there to give it to us. We couldn't have asked for more.“

“We have been going to HW in Manasquan for many many years, they never disappoint. I was in Robbinsville and thought why not have lunch at their new location there. I was very and thoroughly impressed. The ambiance is very cool and a great vibe. How they pulled off a mix cozy with a sports bar atmosphere is impressive. The service was great. Lila our server, was attentive and pleasant. The menu is deep but not too confusing. Steaks, Sandwiches, Seafood, they offer a wide variety for anyone taste. Our food was delicious. It's a hidden gem. I would recommend you get there and experience it for yourself before word gets out. Otherwise you will need reservations. Parking is abundant with reserved spaces for HW. “Totally unexpected delight. I read some of the reviews and am wondering what they’re talking about. I’m 65 years old and have eaten pastrami EVERYWHERE. A Pastrami sandwich is actually the meal I’d request if I were on death row and requesting my last meal. This pastrami sandwich did not disappoint. My super fussy chef husband totally agreed.
