“I had an amazing experience with KB Smokehouse! The service is always great, and the food is absolutely delicious. Ariel, the receptionist, is the sweetest—so kind, professional, and understanding. I had ordered a catfish platter via Uber Eats, and unfortunately, the fish wasn’t fully cooked through. It was late, and since the restaurant was close to closing and I was still at work, I couldn’t go back in person.

I called the restaurant, and Ariel picked up. After I explained the situation, she handled everything with such care and made sure the issue was resolved quickly. Her customer service alone deserves a 10/10.

As for the food—it’s amazing! Their catfish platter is one of my favorites, and their prices are very reasonable. Overall, KB Smokehouse has definitely gained a loyal new customer. I absolutely love this place!“

“I love eating here ?Good price and good food. I like to order very delicious baked salmon and the shrimp are also spectacular. The only thing they should have is a more varied menu because it's tiring to order almost the same thing ??‍♀️ I know the menu with my eyes closed, they should put more new things to attract more customers.“

“Excellent option for those interested in healthy/real food. The guys there are really cool. The proteins were delicious and their spice blends are really good. Even the steamed broccoli was seasoned well. Their garlic sauce is made using garlic, vinegar, and hot sauce; very good for those of us interested in eating clean. Would definitely recommend!“

“Small place ran by a lovely couple with all the signature classic Romanian dishes! This place is a complete hidden gem! The eggplant salad starter is just like my grandmother and mother make, the meats are excellent - portion sizes are huge and everything tastes like a solid Romanian place on my visits to Romania. The star today was the Papanasi - a classic Romanian cheese donut! One of the best I had ever! Highly recommended! Will definitely come again!“

“My second time visiting jollof & grill and I brought my friend with me. We were happily greeted upon entering and even got to meet the owner. She’s the sweetest person ever 🩷We ordered the beef suya combo and it was delicious. The jollof rice was flavorful. I love the raw onions and cabbage that comes with it. The beef suya was also cooked to perfection. The plantains were ripe and tasty as well. & Can we talk about portions? You get a lot of food for the price. I shared half w/ my grandma and she enjoyed her food as well. Will definitely be returning in the future!“

“Was here in on a mini vacation and was recommended to this place . As I woman that works in the food industry this pace was really good !!! They were busy but got our food out in a good quality time . Garlic shrimp was amazing !!! Dave the sauce for dipping your bread and even adding your rice for a nice twist !!! Will def come back ! I ordered the spicy pork bulgogi Bowl and it was a lot more than I thought I would get. So that makes the price even better than what I thought it was. “Jersey Joe’s is truly the best. They catered a large bbq I hosted this summer and did a phenomenal job, I’m still getting compliments on the food even now. This was the first large event I was hosting at my new house, and I was worried I bit off more than I could chew, but jersey Joe’s made everything so much easier for me. I didn’t have to worry at all, they took care of set up and clean up, they packed up all the extra food and even put it in my fridge for me, and all my guests raved about how kind all the workers were. I’d give them 12/10 stars!“

“I just wanted to clarify myself to the worker in that restaurant especially the one in the front. We went at the restaurant today around 2pm. We went inside the restaurant and did not talk right away to let them know we were 2 customers, instead I stopped for a second and checked if we went to the right door. The worker in the front thought that we went in there to look for a guy and be with guy and do something. I just wanted to let that worker in the front know that we went there to eat and not to look for a guy. When we finished eating, that worker in the front got replaced with a young guy. I just don’t want the worker in there to think that we went there to look for a guy. We love to go to the church. Now a days, it is very important to do the right thing. We have a song in the church “choose the right.” Don’t judge the people by just physical appearance.
But other than that, the food was delicious. I highly recommend the restaurant.“

“this AYCE KBBQ spot is now part of my family’s rotation. the meat is always good and we love that they’re adding new items to the menu. we always get the cube steak, cast iron steak, pork belly and pork jowl. the staff cooks and cuts the meat for you and are attentive so that nothing burns. they also have some great sides like the beef soup, crab soup (must try if you like crab) and popcorn chicken. great spot to up your protein intake.“

There is one thing I don’t like about this place their parking if for whatever reason you do not have or missed or can not used your phone to pay for the parking instead of a$6 parking space you’ll get a ticket from this private company the owner of this parking lot and they send you a $104 fee insanely high !! Taking advantage of the people and technically 3 times the fee of a larking ticket you’ll get from the Montclair police dept. Robbery for sure and taking advantage of the state to charge high fees. Be aware of people of the scam in this parking spot ..“

“This place is a hidden gem near EWR (Newark Airport). The owner and his extended family have a number of roles in the biz, and are very welcoming and excited to meet new folks. A taste of Portugese charm, with a focus on the best Bronzino and RibEye you can find outside of the major chains. The wine selection is great, the drinks are poured nice and the food was excellent. IF you have a layover at EWR and time to kill, hop on over. If you live in NYC or in NJ - come try it out. You won't be disappointed.“
