“Was here in on a mini vacation and was recommended to this place . As I woman that works in the food industry this pace was really good !!! They were busy but got our food out in a good quality time . Garlic shrimp was amazing !!! Dave the sauce for dipping your bread and even adding your rice for a nice twist !!! Will def come back ! Staff was friendly . And it’s a byob which makes it great as I’m on a budget with travel . Thank you guys !!!“

“​This is one of those places my whole family is willing to make an hour drive for. We always get the seafood hotpot, and while it's a bit pricier than other spots, the quality totally justifies the price. My parents are huge seafood fans, so they know what's good, and the food here consistently exceeds their expectations.
​We came on a Friday at 5:30 PM and there were still plenty of seats available. You can put your name on the Google waitlist if needed, but if you come early, you should be fine. They have a minimum two-person dine-in policy, which totally makes sense. Honestly, if you really want to try everything, you need a good group of 4–6 people so you’re not stuck eating just two dishes.
​You order everything on an iPad and then hand it to a staff member to place it. It might help to know a little Chinese at this establishment. They also have a sauce bar and a drinks fridge with fruits and other snacks to grab while you wait for your food.
​As always, you must end the meal with the durian. I’m not sure how they manage to get such yummy durian all the time, but this is apparently the place to eat it to your heart's content. The jelly dessert was just okay—tasted more like a boxed jello mix. Pro-tip: if you pay in cash, you can get their tea to go at the end.
​We left extremely full and probably don't need to eat for the next several meals, but I’m already looking forward to the next time I return.“

I paid $27 literally for some chicken, rice, and cabbage. Call it a portion and a half but I did eat the entire thing. Really though, I can go almost anywhere in this city and get the same, if not better, for $12-15. I’ll be honest, I am not even sure how they remain in business charging those prices to people. “I come here pretty often but cannot claim to have explored the menu thoroughly. I absolutely love their tteokbokki, which is just lovely: great portion size, perfect texture, and the subtle spice and sweet flavor of the sauce. Amazing with the addition of cheese.

I’ve also tried the tofu bowl, which I have not bothered with again, as well as the kimbap on numerous occasions, which is a great option for a snack or light lunch. The fried dumplings are super crispy and delicious.

I also almost always get a side of kimchi, which is a good size for the price and has a nice flavor and kick to it.

100% would recommend; I mostly get takeout, but the dine-in seating area is a nice setup. Sometimes they have a BOGO deal on the tteokbokki and it absolutely makes my day every time.“

“I ordered catering for a birthday party for the first time from Jersey Joe’s, based on a recommendation of a friend of my sons who had food from them for a graduation party The food, the service and answering questions quickly made my party a success. The food was great, several of my guests asked where did I get the food from and wrote down their website. The Brisket, pulled pork, mac and cheese were big hits!! And the ribs were spectacular.
I will definitely use their catering again for another party. Don’t doubt using them as their food was excellent and the delivery service was excellent as well. Thank you to Cindy for handling my catering order and answering my questions.

“I absolutely love this place. I have a very bad case of long covid since October 2021 where almost everything smells and tastes rotten or sickly sweet. I am able to eat the hot pot miso ramen soup with a lot of different vegetables, and I can have the chocolate cake/cupcakes. So delicious! I can also eat the white rice and the grilled pineapples. Before finding out that I can have all of this, I was losing a massive amount of weight, thank God for the few things that I can have here, I’m able to maintain my weight now. I just tend to go a bit crazy with what I can eat because I’m so hungry from not really eating the other days. The workers are amazing. The manager, Justin is really nice and very funny. The owner Darin is also very nice. Love the atmosphere and the music, I still can’t eat the other things and the smells from the other foods still bother me but I deal with it just so I can eat what I’m actually enjoying there. “Best BBq for your buck, seasoning is on point. Only only bad thing is if your dining in, since there is no ac you will be very uncomfortable and sweat while you eat which no one wants. Foods amazing, staff is great, just too hot to dine in the summer. In the spring, fall, and winter it's chill just don't recommend eating there in the summer. Please go thought and get take out.

Parking: There's only a few, about 4 spots to park around the restaurant, if those are taken which usually are you must park blocks down the road.“
