She also gave us recommendations on what drinks we should get along side our platters. Out of everything we tried the win for the night was definitely the spicy garlic chicken. Clefson greeted us at the chop block to take our order and his attitude was very pleasant. Taniel followed behind him with an assist and took our side orders. We ordered a medium size brussel sprouts and since it was close to closing, he offered us fresh brussel sprouts. Dazzle finished the order and made check out easy and packaged our food with care. The customer service we received was definitely beyond what we expected. Shout out to the two cooks in the back!!! “I absolutely love this place. I have a very bad case of long covid since October 2021 where almost everything smells and tastes rotten or sickly sweet. I am able to eat the hot pot miso ramen soup with a lot of different vegetables, and I can have the chocolate cake/cupcakes. So delicious! I can also eat the white rice and the grilled pineapples. Before finding out that I can have all of this, I was losing a massive amount of weight, thank God for the few things that I can have here, I’m able to maintain my weight now. I just tend to go a bit crazy with what I can eat because I’m so hungry from not really eating the other days. The workers are amazing. The manager, Justin is really nice and very funny. The owner Darin is also very nice. Love the atmosphere and the music, I still can’t eat the other things and the smells from the other foods still bother me but I deal with it just so I can eat what I’m actually enjoying there. We live within walking distance which is so nice. The portions never disappoint. The Arugala salad with grilled chicken is huge, fried calamari is really quite good. Good clam pie. Nice portion of zuppe di clams or mussels. The place is a good value, you don't feel like they're trying to rip you off. It can be a bit noisy and loud but in a neighborhoody Italian sort of way so you don't have to feel bored. Beer,wine and 50's music all add to a good time grabbing a bite. They started off with good bread in basket but last year it changed but we usually order at least one pizza so who needs more bread anyway.“

One thing I appreciate is the quality of the chicken; so often from other restaurants it's tough or fatty which is gross, but this place's chicken is always cooked correctly with no fatty pieces. My partner and I usually go to the sister location on Rt 9 in Old Bridge but it is so nice having a Filipino restaurant closer to home. Only reason for 4 stars is service, the waiter was friendly, but there were issues with food, we asked that no bacon is served for the whole table and when ordering we mentioned again that we didn’t want bacon but the burgers still came with bacon. We waited almost an hour for appetizers to come and right when appetizers came also the mains came after so it wasn’t perfect.Parking: Its the shared parking lot of LongHorn and Olive Garden so it does get busy and at times difficult to find parking spots.“
