“The East Brunswick location needs a refreshment training course. One of the worse experiences ever. The Middletown location is so much better. Arrived at 1:30pm with 3 employees who did not want to be there at all. They mentioned several times they should lock the door and call it a day. They complained about having customers. They had a line of waiting customers, order not ready in the correct order, orders were sloppy and boxes needed to be carried with napkins so your hands didn't get dirty. They were using wrong size boxes that donuts were flying around the box. locking the next crew of employees came in at about 215 and saved the day. if I didn't pay already I would have left. I'm definitely not going back to this location and will stick with Middletown NJ. Very disappointed, aa customers left we all said to eachother the 1st and last time. Sad that there was no supervision for these employees, I don't think this location will have much success if they don't correct the customer service issue.“

“Absolutely delicious 2 tier cake for my son's engagement party. Sophia decorated it beautifully !! with the fresh roses I brought in the day before. Vanilla cake French cream with fresh strawberries and blueberries +whipped cream icing sooo yummy. I will always get my cakes from la dolce in old bridge. Highly recommend“

“Im one of the managers at bakers next door. I don’t usually go to this one because its past my work. But two other places on my way in didnt have many donut selections.. this place was beautifully decorated for Christmas, had cute Christmas things you can buy, and a great variety of everything! While waiting, i even saw the owner checking the supply of donuts! Greatly ran!!“

“This Dunkin is very spacious inside. I was traveling with my family and was in the area, looking for a comfortable place to be able to sit down and get some work done. They have multiple styles of chairs and tables to sit or work at. The seating was comfy and they provide free wifi. I was able to enjoy my tea and chocolate glazed donut, along with my book while my husband and sister did their zoom meetings. It was very clean and the staff was nice. Even though there was light music playing, it was still pretty quiet. This was exactly what we were looking for and was perfect for our needs.“

“I tried to redeem my points thru the app, which was an arduous, complicated, and confusing experience. On top of that, I was having a bad day and just wanted to get some comfort food and something to drink. Team members Owen and Olaa were super nice and did the best they could to make things better, but in the long run, it was completely an APP issue. Otherwise; my donuts and drinks were amazing (especially the spider donut!). Kudos to Olaa and Owen for being helpful and patient with me during my visit. I will visit Dunkin' again but I will need a LOT of help redeeming points in the app. (I gave 3 stars to the atmosphere because it's in a bodega and strictly a walk-in store, with no Dunkin' cups or other things for sale.)“

“Went around 7pm and they actually had sold out of munchkins but wasn’t the end of the world and the cashier said that she still had a few donuts left. She was very nice and she was very patient with us. Definitely recommend instead of the other Dunkin down the road.“

“This is my favorite Dunkin in the area. Every time I visit, everyone is kind and courteous. My drinks are always correct and always ready on time when I pick them up from the drive thru window. Always look forward to stopping by for my weekly coffee ☕ ?“

“There are many dunkin donuts in the area but this one is a favorite. No drive through since it is inside shoprite but the staff are friendly, and always make the drinks well. I seem to always have issues with other locations namely because quality can fluctuate wildly depending on whose making the coffee.“

“This Dunkin Donuts Rocks!! Ila and Panna are great and valued employees. They got me through the pandemic each morning as I headed out to work in the hospital. They remember customer names and orders, super friendly and always show up to the window with a smile. They push out your breakfast fast, keeping the drive thru moving along in the morning. “We ordered on the app and came in pretty quickly to pick up the mobile order. They were quick to greet us and informed us that our order wasn't ready yet...because they were making our donuts!! They were sadly out of vanilla cream donuts but they filled a couple donuts especially for us. They were so nice about making sure we had everything we ordered!“

“Having coffee and working on laptop. Gentleman comes in, orders and inappropriately starts complaining it wasn’t right. The young lady offered every option to help him. She was genuine, professional and really tried everything but he wouldn’t hear any of her solutions. Funny thing is it seemed like it WAS what he ordered. He oddly walked in and out a few times making the situation worse, finally leaving. Had it escalated beyond his complaints, I would have intervened. Fortunately it didnt come to that.
