I live in Sparta and I visited for the first time yesterday for brunch with my friend, and Alice's did not disappoint. I was not aware we needed a reservation but they were able to get us in anyway which I appreciated after driving all the way there. I am a vegan and I struggle with finding places locally that accommodate that isn't plain avocado toast. I was so impressed when I saw vegan french toast on the brunch menu. We had an excellent dining experience from start to finish. The food was delicious, and the entire staff was warm and welcoming. A special thank you to Maydeen, who went above and beyond—her attentiveness and genuine hospitality made the evening even more enjoyable. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!
