Great spot but why are you calling it Indian restaurant first and not Pakistani? I don’t understand the politics or obsession with calling Pakistanis restaurant Indian. They never label their restaurants Pakistani—please change your marketing and I’m sure you’ll get even more rep!

I’ve eaten here three times and it’s now a weekly staple! Chicken tikka masala and palak paneer are solid choices, the garlic naan is sensational. The lamb/mutton biryani tasted a bit gamey for me but my partner loved it. Chicken tandoori was delicious. It’s honestly a gem to be able to eat meat spiced with cardamom and cloves in Jersey City without the pretentious price or decor. This place is for people who put food and flavor first.
