In a pandemic as my husband goes through a layoff and I have a COVID-reduced salary, they have been incredibly unaccommodating and unresponsive as we needed to end our lease early. We have been rockstar tenants and are being given the runaround and asking us to pay more than $5k in a time when so many are suffering.
So many of the amenities they tout don't even exist: Their "24/7 security" is now gone overnight and they used ZIP TIES to keep doors closed rather than paying...read full review
