This is the worst dominos pizza in jersey city! I'll order an extra cheese pizza and they don't add it, other times the pizza comes with burnt crust. They basically ignore the details that you put in your order and send what they want. It's by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The driver was disrespectful, and said he wouldn't deliver to me again.
I used to like this location, not anymore. Their delivery is becoming worst. They always come late. I live less than 10 mins away from them. I dont have a car and its past 8 pm already , i don't feel safe walking outside at night in my neighborhood. Id rather pay extra for delivery. My pizza came after 45 minutes that the app said their driver left the store. I tracked him and he went all over the place. He went first with the farthest location and made 3 more deliveries before...read full review
