I went out of my way to go here after researching good food spots in Jersey city for after a visit to liberty science center. Glad we did. The guy behind the counter was funny, helpful and kind- he helped me choose what I wanted. I ended up with stewed chicken, rice and beans and a side of beans. There were no empanadas ( bc I went later in the day ). Honestly I ate this cold and it was bomb- I bet tomorrow when I finish it heated up, it will be even better. You have to get there early to get the best cuts of food.. The baked chicken (thighs) are tasty but sell out fast.
