Food and service are good. I will warn people casually passing by and see a sign that says “burger and beer $20 on weekday”. This deal apparently is only before 5pm on weekdays, even though that disclaimer is not anywhere on the sign and the sign is up after 5pm. We sat down to take advantage of the deal and learned the hard way.
I’ve been here a few times and the food is always good. Today I had the Lamb Burger and omg I could kiss the chef. I forgot to take a photo because I was just so in the moment. I have an Irish ale waiting to get drunk right now. Just get here and order something.

Happy hour and service both miss the mark. With new competition around the corner, maybe it’s time to rethink the menu & prices…..

We were shooting “An Innocent Girl” for Netflix up the block and stopped by this place for a burger and a beer. Amazing place. Food was top notch and the vibe was perfect. French onion soup was world class. Excellent selection of Irish Whiskey

Exceptionally bad service. We’ve been here a a total of 5 times, as we love the food (which is why we keep trying, here) and keep giving this place the benefit of the doubt; however, every time we’ve come the service is out of this world poor. We’ve had different servers each time, which makes it worse. Each one wears a look that says “I hate it here” and it also shows in their actions. This place is a staple of JC, please help yourselves out and find better service.

Best Irish pub in Jersey city! The service is great every time and I enjoyed the St Paddy’s corned beef and cabbage special!

$20 for a sandwich that looked like a lunch lady served it, total rip off I would never reccomend or go here ever again
The classic pub experience in the right part of town - loved every minute.
