The owner is very polite, kind, and efficient in my experience. The prices are beyond reasonable for this area of Jersey City, and the food is always solid. I'm not a bagel person, but I like the rolls; taylor ham, egg, and cheese is my go-to. I always order in-person or for pick-up only and have had zero issues. I love bagels so I'm truly hard to please but here's my hot take. It was okay! It wasn't the best bagel I have ever had but it's also not bad. I like a warm fluffy fresh bagel and this was given stale energy. I didn't love the spread of cream cheese ratio either. It felt like it was all clumped in one place. Came in today for a bagel with cream cheese and jelly and it was really good. This is a nice local breakfast spot I go too. With great prices. The man working there is nice and friendly. He is very hardworking and attentive.
