Edit: miss the one person meal combo, and I wish they had a version with lesser oil. One meal here is equivalent to my oil consumption quota for at least 2 weeks!!

Korai Kitchen food has never disappointed—and there’s no place in Jersey city I can say that about. Get the bhorta, roast chicken (only a Tuesday item), dal and Baigan ka Bharta. We always pick it up to go or order online.

I struggled several months to write this review because I really wanted it to be a good one. However, I feel that the storytelling succeeded where the food itself fell short.

Wipes were provided with “EAT WITH YOUR HANDS” stickers on, but they were heavily scented. Some dishes were unevenly salty. Certain ingredients tasted off. Beef was way too tough to be called ready. In the Murgir Roast, one of the highlights of the night, my companion...
