This was hands down one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at any fast food place. The food was old, nasty, and clearly not fresh at all. On top of that, Katlyn and Dens treated me horribly with zero respect or professionalism. Their attitudes were disgusting, like they didn’t care at all that they were at work.

When I asked for a refund because the food was unacceptable, they went to the back and started laughing, which was beyond disrespectful and immature. That alone shows how poorly this location is run. The whole place felt gross, the service was trash, and the staff acted like customers are a joke. Absolutely disgusting behavior. I will never come back to this Popeyes again.

Terrible service.

The cashier has a terrible attitude, she does not offer a good service in attitude to place the order, she does it in a bad way, apart from that they took a lot to deliver the order to us and they delivered it incomplete, we approached to order what was needed and angry.

Doesn’t matter how much you spend or what you order , if you don’t get chicken tenders you don’t get any sauces except Jelly or Honey. Just take the pictures down since sauce isnt what they have.

Food is OK, (except some fries were still frozen) but the older ladies that work here are super rude. Gave me attitude when I tried to buy more dipping sauce for my son, charged me for two sauces when I only asked for one. Then put on a big show about trying to refund me, I finally just told her to keep my money. I’ll take my business elsewhere next time.

I have the App. Downloaded, walk over, sat down placed my order, line was very long, for me to stand due to knee replacement surgery, so I noticed that it was taking along time to call our number So I walk over to counter I ordered the the (3pcs for $5) sides coleslaw an a strawberry cheesecake pie.got to the counter they pack wings, I ask for 3/5ordered thru app..argumentative insisting that's what I Ordered,rudely moving along Chinese young girl was Extremely Rude at there mistake finally Got what I order So I requested dinning in and good thing Upon breaking my thigh pc. To eat noticed it wasn't cooked Properly, went to counter and should them, Except for 2 employees Blk. and Filipino women Accommodated me with kindness, Good Service Should be no.1, Terrible environment

Worst Popeyes in the state of New Jersey. The customer service here sucks so bad. The amount of reviews about the terrible service yet nothing changes is astonishing. That Asian lady is so rude I don’t get why she’s still working there. They take soooooooo long for the simplest things. Do not waste ur time there. They actually need to close it down. How u work in food service with terrible attitude.

They charge for the sauce even for regular meals. You have to come with extra money from your regular meal if you want sauce. It’s only included with tenders and wings.
