Pradyumna Cafe in NJ is a hidden gem with great taste, offering authentic flavors that transport diners straight to Bangalore. The food is incredibly flavorful, with home-style preparation using less oil and spices, making it soul-fulfilling comfort food. The dosa is perfectly crisp and beautifully golden, served with delicious sambar and a great variety of vibrant chutneys. Starters like Masala puri, Sev, and Girmit have a very distinct and unique taste. The 5 variety of Dosa offers unique tastes, with Bangalore Masala and Mysore Masala loved by all. The Sambar dip Vada is very tasty. The NK THALIs were a bit underwhelming, with all the Palyas missing the mark. The Strong Filter Coffee is excellent. Other dishes like mirchi bajjis are absolutely addictive, and the Bangalore style masala puri and mushroom pulav are perfect. The masala chai for just $2 is a steal. The setting is very spacious and clean. Service is excellent, with a gracious, friendly, and warm host, and patient, attentive staff. This place is highly recommended for South Indian food lovers.
