My husband was craving pizza after a work trip and the staff were extremely accommodating when we had a mix up between a pollo saltado pizza and a pollo saltado rice plate, and changed our takeout order to dine-in. They were so thoughtful to make us a personal sized pollo saltado pizza on the spot for my husband (so delicious and fresh, crispy undercarriage on the bottom, so perfect!) and give us silverware and plates to enjoy our meal. Absolutely 10/10 service, food, and pricing! Honestly, as a Peruvian I feel ashamed to say I don't like ceviche BUT clearly I haven't had good ceviche, because I love theirs! The choufa is amazing as well! Our server was super nice, and helped us out with directions. I can't recommend this place enough honestly
