Rajbhog has not changed anything at all since it opened and I am very okay if not delighted it’s a place that stays the same gives everything as is and authentic. Simple and delicious because if I have to pass through another panmasala infused fusion wannabe menu I might just leave the country so much faltu pan places on Newark Ave that this place brings you back home
One of the goto place for chaat items in Jersey City area. Price is reasonable. Samosa chaat and papdi chaat were good. But samosa was average, felt like a day old one. Service was good. Street parking is not easy to get and it’s paid street parking. Beware that they add service charge (3.99%) for any card transactions.

The samosas, although tasty, tend to be overly greasy. The jalebis are quite sweet, perhaps a bit too sugary for some tastes. Additionally, the sweets do not quite meet the top-tier quality one might expect.
However, the Indian street ambiance at Rajbhog is delightful....
