Hidden Gem in Jersey city. Believe me this place is awesome with their chicken. Never imagined the chicken would be so tasty. Their Peri Peri fries and lemon and herb chicken tasted amazing.The marination in chicken was apt and I could feel the well baked chicken. Their chicken tenders and even chicken was so well marinated. Out of the world taste. Although the ambience isn’t great but nothing matches food I will trade anything for the great food.
This place NEVER gets an order correct! Every order, without fail, is wrong! Just ordered a half chicken… was sent a quarter, ordered peri fries… no seasoning on the fries… every time. It’s like they never read the ticket. So annoying!

I never knew why it was called peri peri, but apparently it's a type of pepper they use in their sauce. I usually get the lamb or chicken plate here since anything on yellow rice with sauce is usually a good time. The red spice is actually no joke. Pretty good after burn, but it is complemented by the white sauce. Sometimes, I even use the leftover sauce on pasta and it's amazing!The lamb is actually quite juicy compared to the chicken.
