Love, love, love Wisp Sushi Truck! The sushi is always great and the guys who run the truck are soooo nice! Before I moved to JC I was very attached to my old sushi restaurant in Bloomfield and hesitant to try something new, but Wisp is really awesome. I look forward to Wednesdays when the truck is near my apartment!

I got my best poke bowl and can’t believe it from a food truck! Fresh like hell. The sashimi deluxe delivery is sooooo fresh. It is so cool now I can get sushi on wheels and worth every penny. I highly recommend it!!!!!
