“Started going to main st Dunkin recently. Just started using the app. Asked if the rewards were only mobile orders or if I could use it during my order in the drive thru. The worker replied with a rude tone “ I need a code to scan”. Dismissing my question and not helping at all. I was not able to use my rewards. I will be sticking to Dunkin on 36 like I use to.“
“Here's the deal, I don't usually make reviews. But I had to at this Dunkin' Donuts, they were hands-down the best service I have ever had any sort of chain business. They are overly friendly and strive to do a perfect job. Very well done and highly recommended“
