“Dunkin’ is usually a reliable stop for me. The bacon is always good, and the coffee is consistently solid, which keeps me coming back. On my most recent visit, however, I wasn’t feeling 100% and asked for a cup of water. I was a bit taken aback when I was told it would be $1 for a cup of water. While I understand policies vary by location, it was unexpected and slightly disappointing. Overall, the food and coffee are good, but this experience stood out and could have been handled better.“
“Absolutely FANTASTIC experience at Dunkin! The service was amazing, and I especially want to shout out Esteban, who was incredibly kind, friendly, attentive and VERY attractive. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and you could genuinely tell he cared about providing great service.
And the drink?? 10/10! absolutely PERFECT. Esteban made it exactly how I wanted it. You can tell when someone takes pride in what they do, and Esteban definitely does. Definitely Dunkin’s BEST employee there!
Definitely recommend this location, 0 wait time and excellent customer service! :)“
“I love this Dunkin’ Donuts! Every visit is a great experience. Rabina is amazing she’s super nice and friendly – she knows my order and always makes it just the way I like it! Sometimes, I even spend a few hours studying here; it’s such a nice spot!“
“The staff here are always so pleasant whenever I order my drink or meal. Purva, in particular, stands out. I'm always happy when she's able to take my order because her kindness and gentle spirit shine through in every interaction. She truly makes each visit enjoyable.“
“My very favorite Dunkin Location, even if they do mess the drinks up they are always willing to remake them the right way. They could definitely be a little more friendly because they don’t even answer back when you say hello or thank you.“
“Wow… This dunkin is amazing. The energy, the staff, the food!! I have never had a better Crossiant than here. the hashbrowns you ask? Phenomenal. i would like to specifically applaud one worker in particular. Salma. Her attidude is top notch and she serves me with such care. Her beautiful smiles light the room and i would come here just for her!! Please take a visit!“
“Sometimes the staff is a little crabby BUTthey make food and drinks better than the other nearby Dunkins. When my partner says take me to Dunkin, he specifically says "the good one" and we go here. ?
Vegetarian options: They had several vegetarian options and were able to make changes to our food to accommodate.
Dietary restrictions: They had fresh decaf!“
