“My go to rice noodle spot in central Jersey! One of my favorites is the pickled fish soup though note it is slightly spicy. Interior is nice and have had many long conversations catching up with people here. The noodle soups also prepared relatively quickly and have seen a lot of takeout orders too“

“Easily a top 3 restaurant in New Brunswick. I have turned several friends and colleagues onto it.
I don't know much about authentic Chinese food, but based on what I've seen, I think this is the real deal.
What solidified it's authenticity to me is the first time I tried the mala dish - it is crazy spicy and flavorful and perfect to warm you up and clear your sinuses! The fact that it isn't toned down for American palates, to me, is an indication that they make the real deal.
Their Sichuan pork dumplings are my new comfort food.
201 and 204 are my usual orders, but the Taiwanese stewed pork with rice (503) is phenomenal; crazy tender and flavorful meat.“

“I've traveled to Thailand, and I must say, this restaurant rivals some of the best I've been to there. The Pad Thai was spot on, and the Tom Yum soup was a comforting hug in a bowl.“

“Went to Japan in March and have missed the food since coming back home. Scarlet Bowls was a great find to enjoy some of the same foods we indulged in our trip. The owner is from Tokyo so it’s as authentic as you can get. We ordered the Udon, Curry Katsu, Takoyaki and Musubi. All were delicious and brought back memories of the trip. Will definitely return!“

“I love coming to this location for lunch, The energy is always great the team is always smiling and ready to assist you if you look confused like me sometimes lol, I don’t think I’ve ever waited too long for my food which is great and the recent remodeling is really nice I think it was smart to move the register near the door that is easily accessible“

“If you like Hong Kong food, this restaurant will be a good choice. The three of us only had the Labor Day menu left to order. We ordered beef porridge and preserved egg and lean meat porridge, which were delicious. The porridge was cooked very authentically, almost replicating the taste of what we had in Hong Kong. The barbecued pork buns were so delicious that I forgot to take pictures. The appearance of the barbecued pork buns made me think that they were just a stuffed bun, but the fillings were amazing and tasted beyond expectation. The fillings of the dumplings are so much that they will explode, but the skin is as thick as a steamed bun, not the thin skin and meat as we imagine. I am not very used to it. Fried chicken wings are available everywhere in the United States, and there’s no comparison. In addition, what we like very much is the Hong Kong-style milk tea in the store. The boss has adjusted the sweetness. It is not as sweet as the Hong Kong milk in our impression. It is surprisingly delicious. Instead, it feels like Taiwanese milk tea. It turns out that the boss’s wife is Taiwanese. All in all, this store doesn't have any renovations, and the menu doesn't have very fancy dishes, but the food is really delicious. If you miss Chinese food (Hong Kong food) in the United States, this restaurant is definitely worth a try!“
“Humble as the place may appear, the food and the service are one of its kind. God only knows why New Brunswick deserves such a spot. Why doesn’t Chef Ge have a Michelin star? It’s not open to the public and there’s no open sesame. Legend has it that chef Ge shall find you in your dream should you wish.“

“Good food, varied menu. Friendly staff. A bit overpriced for the portions you get. Recommended: Kimchi calamari w/ spicy mayo, sichuan noodles w/spicy minced pork, Thai style tofu, Shanghai greens w/shallots, Thai curry chicken, beef in hot chili oil and kimchi fried rice w/scallop or salmon“

“We have been getting Thai food from Ricky many times over the years. The taste have been consistent most of tbe time especially tom kha gai which has great flavors.
Usually we order takeout however seating and the atmosphere in the restaurant is nice and pleasant
As for service, most of the time it's been good. Overall would recommend Ricky's Thai to give you that Thai fix.“

“this Thai place is the best around! I have been searching for amazing Thai food locally and even though this place is about a 20 minute drive from my house, I will eat here all the time. Their food is amazing and the best I have had in years! I will tell everyone to go here from now on!“

“Food is delicious, definitely recommend! So happy to find good Filipino food close by. The menu varies day to day so I have to keep an eye out for my favorites! Staff is great - they even accommodated my request for an item that wasn't on the menu that day.“
