I bought premium bar chairs from them. Half of them came a welt damaged by transport. I reach out to them with picture videos etc. From that moment they completely ghosted me. Have email multiple times but haven’t received a reply.
Horrible company. How does a business NOT accept returns? , especially of "samples" plus rude customer service . Do not buy from this company. Complete rip off.
They never shipped my order.

Superior Seating is a real business owned by real people, not a call center. Their customer service is exceptional, with transparent account management and quick resolution of scheduling conflicts. They helped ensure tables & bases arrived in plenty of time before the delivery window. Customers love the stools, which look amazing in a dining room, and praise the quality of upholstered pieces. However, one sample chair was sturdy and comfortable but very poorly finished, and the company would not accept a return on this chair. Pricing is consistently among the best found. Customers look forward to updating dining chairs and would definitely use Superior Seating again.
