Highly recommend Superior Seating! Jane our account manager was incredibly transparent and was able to help ensure we received the tables & bases in plenty of time for us to have them before the agreed upon delivery window. We appreciate the customer care & quality of the customer service. You can tell they are a real business owned by real people, not a call center full of automated response prompts. Would use them again, no doubt about it.
We ordered a sample chair to consider for a larger project (200+). The chair was sturdy and comfortable but was very poorly finished - not something we would want representing us. Unfortunately they won't accept this chair on return (we're out $250) so we have a chair we don't want to use and can't recommend to anyone else.
Love the stools! They look amazing in my dining room. We did encounter a minor issue with delivery date initially, but Superior Seating’s customer service was exceptional. They quickly resolved the scheduling conflict and ensured the stools arrived promptly. We are now looking forward to updating our dining chairs this upcoming year and will definitely be using Superior Seating again!
