She sent me a sample of the chair I selected with the Fabric and finish we wanted. Once we saw the quality of the chair, we ordered them right away. Highly recommend Superior Seating! Jane our account manager was incredibly transparent and was able to help ensure we received the tables & bases in plenty of time for us to have them before the agreed upon delivery window. We appreciate the customer care & quality of the customer service. You can tell they are a real business owned by real people, not a call center full of automated response prompts. Would use them again, no doubt about it.
We ordered a sample chair to consider for a larger project (200+). The chair was sturdy and comfortable but was very poorly finished - not something we would want representing us. Unfortunately they won't accept this chair on return (we're out $250) so we have a chair we don't want to use and can't recommend to anyone else.
