“Their food is good, but the soda always has a salty taste to it. I dont live in the town, so i dont know if its the water supply. I understand some towns get salt in the supply.during the winter due to runoff from the roads, but this is all year round.“

“I come to this jersey mikes very often since I work really close. I’d say I’m there at least once a week. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming and I’m always greeted with smiles and happy faces. I get jersey mikes so often the staff has memorized my order. I’m always asked how my day at work is going along with many other great conversations. “Had a problem with my burger that the lead manager came over and fixed promptly, but the bespectacled man who took our order was passive-aggressive and very condescending. According to our receipt, apparently the man's name was Lorenzo. In the first place, Lorenzo refused to even take my order until my fiancé (who was with me) ordered her food first. The reason Lorenzo gave for this was simply an insistence on "ladies first!" While Lorenzo had a point about this being good manners and proper etiquette, for him to be as adamant and imposing about it was rude, inappropriate and uncalled-for in the context of a customer service experience. Not only this, but every time I politely asked him a question about if a certain condiment had been placed on my order or not, he would reply "You already said that" in an extremely passive-aggressive manner if I managed to accidentally repeat myself. Lorenzo's whole attitude made it seem like he was trying to make me look as bad as he possibly could in front of my woman, which makes me wonder if perhaps it was a lame- brained attempt to steal someone else's lady. Apparently, he felt that I needed to be "put in my place", when I in fact did nothing to deserve this treatment. All I did was initiate was a simple business transaction. This whole encounter made me feel like a victim of reverse racism, due to the fact the cashier in question was black and he was acting like he was under the impression that white people owe him something besides the money they pay for their food at this location. And if not reverse racism, then I am accusing Lorenzo of blatant gender-on-gender misandry.“

“Only recent complaint for Ledgewood location, no plastic forks available, only sporks. Hard to eat clam strips that are coated in hot sauce with a spork. Love that the clam strips are back on the menu. They are as good as the ones from Howard Johnson's back in the day. Don't go late at night and order whacky stuff in the drive thru, the cars behind you will appreciate it. Can't we all just get along??!! LOL I would love for them to make low carb burgers somehow. I have attempted a burgerectomy where I replace the bun with a low carb wrap. It works but only on fresh hot burgers. I will always love White Castle. Not sure who all the weirdos are that order single sliders, the double is where it's at.“

“They're always running specials either in store or in the App, so if you watch for them, you'll get good deals.
This area of Rt. 46 has several fast-food choices so it's generally a good area for a quick check meal but this is our go-to when in the area also because it's the only Arby's for quite a distance in New Jersey.

Just wanted to add this. Why are 2 of the reviews for this location using identical photos and saying they spent $30-50 each which is ridiculous!?“

“While I do like this location and staff, the food quality for mcdonald's in general has to improve. Fries were fresh and probably the best part of my meal. Chicken nuggets tasted like breaded chewing gum. I had a quarter pounder and it was so flavorless that it tasted like cardboard not even extra ketchup helped the patty which by the way looked like a cheeseburger patty. Nothing quarter pound about it. Will be back for the fries though.“

“I had my sons 6th birthday party here. When I say they are amazing it is an understatement. From the time I put a deposit down to the day of the party they went above and beyond. They did everything from decorations, helping me set up my decorations, to interacting with all of the kids, and making sure I had everything I needed as well. We had the playroom privately reserved and they never left the room unless it was to go get something for the party. Also, my brother had his sons birthday party there as well and is what prompted me to plan my sons party there. Every child there was exhausted from running around and playing. All the parents who attended were so thrilled with everything as well. Many said they will be planning their kids future parties there. My son is Autistic and many of his classmates came who are also on the scope. They took that into account as well and made sure every child felt special.The manager I worked with is named Carolina and Angie. I highly recommend anyone looking to have a kids party reach out to her. Not to mention it was very very cost friendly. I had 13 kids and around 16 adults. Every child got a happy meal and I got a bundle of other items for the adults. In total with tip it came out to under $400.“

“I just wanted to shout out the woman working the drive thru on Thanksgiving eve a few days ago, I think she said her name was Melissa or Marisa but it also could have been Amanda 😂 She was short with brown hair, don’t know if that’s helpful 🤷‍♀️ Anyway she was a super boss managing a crazy drive thru line and 6 employees in the kitchen while being sold out of several key ingredients. She offered me alternatives and I declined, but somehow magically ended up having nacho fries (something they were out of) in my bag when I left. I couldn’t give nearly as nice of a tip to the whole staff as I wanted, but I hope the fact that I gave something to all of them showed my appreciation for everyone there that night. The drive thru woman is an incredibly hard worker and I was impressed with her composure and kindness.“

The chicken sandwiches are absolutely delicious and way better than anything at Chick Fil-A especially if you like a little paprika and zest to your meal. The size of the chicken on the bun was enormous! The fries were warm and crispy. I think they are properly staffed, them I would go here over any other far good option.“
