OMG, there was just the right amount of chewiness that screamed freshly made and not doughy like those made from pre-packaged frozen dough. It has been decades since I have eaten a bagel that took me back to my days in Greenwich Village to the Potbelly Bagel Cafe on Christopher St. NYC. It wasn’t just the bagels and cream cheese spread, it was also the quick friendly service. And it is not just bagels, grab a wrap with the freshly grilled chicken…super place to go for something delicious to eat. Try their premium coffee, too!“

“I must say that Ewing Bagel Shop is a hidden gem. I went there last week and tried out their Turkey Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Salt Pepper Ketchup on a roll. I also had a coffee with Oatmilk. It was absolutely delicious! Today I went back and decided to try out their Chopped Cheese… all I can say is WOW! Super Delicious and I intend to return“

“The bagels aren't the same, but they're still good bagels. Place is clean. It's a bagel place. If you place a big order at a busy time, check your order. That's standard for any food establishment. Their bagels are good, I've never had bad service, nor do I expect a gala in a bagel shop. I see people with some reviews that make it abundantly clear they've never worked in food service, and perhaps should be less judgemental, and take time to be a more conscientious consumer.“
