“This place was a Wendy's above all others in my opinion. The staff was super helpful and showed me how to save money buying food for my kids! I was ever so grateful to the cute women who helped me there! I usually don't write such great reviews about places like Wendy's but this one was great! I thoroughly recommend it! “The cheesesteaks were delicious, but I wished I noticed the disgusting fan that was above the ordering counter before I ate there. The fan is full of so much thick dust that I felt sick after eating there. Makes you wonder if the kitchen is really clean.“

“Do not sleep on this place !! Talk about a hidden little gem!! My hubby and I stopped by for lunch today and we were absolutely blown away . We both had the Boulevard Burger and it was amazing! The burger was cooked to perfection, the onion jam melts in your mouth, the roll was super fresh …. Just plain delicious!! Gunna be our new fav spot 😊😊“

“Came here for a quick, Sunday homestyle breakfast and was not disappointed at all. The atmosphere is unique, to say the least, but also gives a lot to start conversations amongst the table. Serving portions were superb and food was very tasty. I have seen other comments and reviews that were very negative and nasty, but everybody can have a bad day once in a while. They were complaining on the service and owner/waiter being rude and yelling. I've seen more positive ratings than negative ones. While not everybody has the same humor, people can definitely be some Debbie downers. All in all, we had a nice experience and enjoyed the food. Ihop who?? Lol will def be back!!!“

“I just wanted to reach out & thank your staff on duty from Friday 8/18 Especially Rod/Ron the Manager (my apologies I don't remember his name exactly) for outstanding customer service! We were at the restaurant Friday evening. It was the last night of our family Seaside Vacation and our first time dining at The Sawmill. We were seated promptly(young hostess with curly hair and an air cast), drinks & food orders were taken very quickly(female server with dark curly hair and an accent). Our beverages came out in a flash, and our appetizers were moments behind. When my teenage son reached across for some tasty pretzel bites...he knocked his full orange soda into his lap (and shirt) , onto the floor, & even onto me! We sent him to the restroom to try and clean himself up while we motioned for help, we didn't want anyone to slip on the wet floor! Within seconds your staff responded in the best possible way. Your manager was mopping up the floor, our server was bringing a replacement soda, one of the ladies bussing tables hustled over with towels. By the time my son returned from the restroom my husband and I were discussing how to proceed (Run back to the house to change or by new clothes on the boardwalk) when Rod/Ron appeared on bended knee next to my son with Sawmill t-shirts in tow asking his size so he could change his shirt. My son initially refused because; it was "all his fault & he didn't deserve it" but; Rod/Ron persisted and convinced my son that these kinds of things happen to everyone. A point I was just making to my child, when my son heard this he accepted. The way your staff responded in the moment took what could have been an awful end to our vacation into a very bright spot because of how attentive and supportive your staff was. “We’ve been coming here for years but after Pat and Janessa took over it quickly became our favorite place. The new menu is great and everything we’ve had has been awesome. Jim, Mary and the rest of the staff do a great job behind the bar and the sight lines for your favorite sports makes Mac’s a great spot to unwind after a tough day at work. The white pie is off the charts for all you pizza lovers. Oh and the Irish Nachos are Back!!!“

Honestly, I’m shocked he doesn’t have more regulars because he’s the kind of bartender people come back for. Not only is he great at mixing drinks, but he’s also an excellent server attentive without being overbearing, and he really makes sure you’re taken care of. “We were in Ac from Pa & said how about a lil road trip & nostalgia... this Roy Rogers is great! It's just like the 80's. The server Ms Flo was AWESOME! & we even chatted up with another couple that was on their way to AC from New York. “To Whom this may concern, My name is Patti , I work as a companion for elderly people, today I brought one of my clients to Burger King to try for the first time an Impossible burger! I helped Gerry (93 years old) walk to the entrance, , only to find it it was closed, due to an employment shortage. I was told you can only order at drive though, we walked back to the car to order! To our surprise, when we went to the window to pick up our Impossible burger, the general manager came out to tell us, there was no charge! she watched Gerry struggle to walk up to entrance ! I didn't catch her name but it was approximately 2: pm Tuesday September 28 th It warmed our hearts to see such kindness! Thank you Patti“

“What the hell was I thinking. Parked my car. To go to the steakhouse. On the way to the parking machine. Waiting on line at the machine. To pay for my parking.I looked back at my car . A meter made issues me a ticket. So I want back to my car and drove out of town . No sandwiches.“
