“Best sushi around. My boyfriend never liked sushi, however he asks for the sushi from here at least 2 times a week. It is by far my favorite sushi place as well because of how fresh it is. We are regulars and the staff is extremely kind and the service/delivery is quick.“

“Only show in town in terms of Hibachi in LT. Great vibes, pleasant staff. Food is always tasty and scrumptious. My favorite is the show the chef puts on of course always fun and inviting, catching zucchini singing happy birthday to people you meet at the table. Noodles are super good. Great time all around.

From the first time we visited, we were treated as valuable guests by their professional staff. We have never been disappointed. That keeps us going back. “Went here last minute with family. Had general tsos tofu (steamed) udon veggie dish, tofu and veggie soup and a family member got sushi and miso soup. Everything was very good and the portions were impressive. Appreciate multiple vegan options

“We came in Wednesday night for my mom's birthday. From start to finish was a great dinner. Chef Mike and our waitress Abby made everything wonderful. They were so polite, always friendly and so attentive. They made my mom feel so special. The food was absolutely delicious and of course Chef Mike did an amazing job while cooking. We will absolutely be returning.“

(When the 🌞 weather warms up) Hibachi food as well and Specialty Menu & Awesome Appetizers delivered by a robot 🤖! Alvin and entire staff are wonderful at Hoshino! Their other restaurant- Blue Sushi 🍱 🍣 located at the Northern end of Lavallette opens up around Memorial Day and Hopping all summer long!!
