Their menu has a great selection of savory and sweet, along with twists on some originals to keep things fresh like their salmon eggs Benedict, shrimp and grits, and their banana cinnamon swirl pancakes- which are all delicious! “There should be a million stars for this bistro!!!! When this bistro opened about 4 years ago with new owners I gave it a try for some Thanksgiving side dishes. I am a restaurant manager and have been in the food service industry over 40 years and I have to say this gem takes the cake!!!! The food is always fresh and of such great quality. I am picky because no one cooks Thanksgiving as good as my own ( lol) but Jennifer put me to shame. It is so nice to know especially on Holidays working late night hours I no longer have to worry about staying up all night. The salads and sandwiches are amazing for everyday and het homemade desserts are literally to die for!!!! I love that she also offers gluten free desserts in her online holiday menu and in house. Everyone is always so nice too!! The bistro must stay there forever lol“

“Amazing, high quality matcha made fresh on site every day. I was so impressed by this place. It’s a no-frills cafe, but great to sit and relax or grab your drink to-go. I got the iced strawberry matcha, you can tell it’s fresh-made strawberry purée and the matcha tasted amazing. Highly recommend!“

“My brain chemistry have permanently been altered by the crème brûlée, dark chocolate mousse, and tiramisu cake here. Got the tiramisu cake for my mom as a birthday cake a while ago and have been getting special occasion cake from them ever since. every bite was delicious and the texture is really fun. It might feel like a small cake, but it is so creamy and complex it can easily be shared by 8 people. I Love how they use solid chocolate to do their letters when you order ahead. As a big pudding/custard fan, there is just something really unique with combing all these components into these beautiful cakes. I will say if you have allergies, definitely ask, I was once surprised by delicious hazelnut component.“

“Emily's is an absolute favorite stop for my Fiancé and I. We're about an hour away from Emily's, but we enjoy eating at Emily's so much that we make the trip at least 4 times a year. It's a scenic drive and close by to several fun towns like New Hope, Stockton and Frenchtown. We also hired Emily's to cater our wedding. Emily's has been, by far, our favorite vendor to work with. The only thing sweeter than Emily and her staff are the Peanut Butter Cookies. They are FANTASTIC.“

“Nice outdoor seatings. Order at the counter and they’ll bring the food to you. Pretty coffee mugs, but the latte and flat white are not as strong as I preferred. The sandwiches are tasty, especially the steak sandwich. Reasonable prices. Can get crowded on the weekends.“

“This is one of two breakfast spots where I enjoy the shrimp and grits. It's very delicious and filling! I get bacon to add to the grits because everything is better with bacon. The latte was also hot for almost my whole meal; everywhere else it's cold after five minutes. I'm not sure how they're doing that, but I hope they keep doing it! All the employees are polite as well. I come from another state to eat here because I love the food and the service is great.“

The Soft Chili Scramble with Avocado, Aussie Best is the standout, featuring fluffy eggs with a nice chili flake heat alongside a generous arugula salad, avocado, and seeds, while the Athlete’s Burrito was delicious and hearty with lentils. The potato wedges with BLATE and the lemon ricotta pancakes were both excellent, and the smooth coffee with a well made cappuccino rounded out a terrific meal.“

“Love this place, freshest boba. If you have never tried boba go for Pearl Milk Tea if you like tea, or if not go for an apple pulp tea or a fruit smoothie. You can get boba added to most drinks. A fee snacks available, too. Best place we have tried in area, and we love boba, started drinking boba tea when we visited Taiwan, so we are a bit picky. Good drinks, has small tables or carryout.“

“Came here with my girlfriend as we are trying breakfast sandwiches in the area and I was pleasantly surprised. The sandwiches are the best we've had in the area. Everything was freshly made and with real ingredients. The bacon in particular was obviously just cooked for the order. The roll was fresh and everything was well seasoned. Overall, I highly recommend!“

They were so fresh, and had the perfect texture...I ate three of them in one day. The hand mixed cream cheese was just the icing on the cake. I will absolutely go back. She recently came to our apartment at The Parc at Princeton Junction for a wine and truffle tasting for Valentine’s Day and it was a fabulous event. “We recently hosted a Sweet 16 party here, and it couldn’t have been a better experience! From the very beginning, Francesca (the owner and chef) made everything so easy. She personally helped us plan the menu and was so accommodating with all of our requests — it really took the stress out of planning.

The food was absolutely delicious! Every dish was fresh and full of flavor, and our guests couldn’t stop talking about how amazing everything was.

The staff was just as wonderful. Everyone was polite, attentive, and genuinely kind. Our party ended up going past the restaurant’s closing time, but the team was so patient and gracious, never making us feel rushed.

We’re so grateful to Francesca and her staff for helping make this celebration so special. I’d highly recommend this restaurant to anyone — whether you’re planning an event or just going out for a great meal. Our family will definitely be back soon!“
