So wonderful having fresh food, minimal oil, local ingredients, and no fake or processed foods (just not my thing.) Love that everything is gluten free. And exciting that they are experimenting with date sugar to start offering healthier baked goods. Cute little eating area where they set up a few tables tucked away from the flow of market goers. They were also not salted at all which makes them taste even more muddy.The leek soup though is a complete waste of time and calories. IMO I can make better soup at home. Take it of the menu please. It tasted like heavy cream with water and salt, with no interesting textures of flavors. You can drink it straight out of the cup. I could barely taste the leek.The famous potatoes with bacon also were so-so, very greasy but not in an appetizing way with strings of fried onion. Typical breakfast potato taste which you can get in any deli.“

It has plenty of seating and a cozy couch, along with free wifi making it a great place to work. The food options are endless. It took me 10 minutes to decide what I wanted because too many things looked amazing! The owner is a wonderfully kind woman, she was patient with me and answered all my questions and gave me some recommendations on the best sellers. The spinach and feta croissant is to die for. It is a must try in my opinion. It was flaky, warm, buttery, with the perfect amount of salt. I'm usually a person that like hot sauce on everything. But this pastry was perfect just as it was. I also got the French beignets, chocolate and raspberry. If you come here, ask for everything to be warmed up, and sit and enjoy the meal you just got. I can't wait to bring my wife back and try that they have in their lunch menu along with the pastries they have.“

“We've been coming to Jules for years and we love ordering tons of different slices to try! Jules pizza is definitely *not* your "traditional" pie. They're almost like a flatbread, not Jersey pie. If you like thin, crispy, crust, this is your place. Food: every pie pictured was delicious. The highlights were the honey sriracha and Kim's pie for sure. In the past we've also gotten the margherita, potato carbonara, and meat lovers which are all favorites! Ambiance: this is a very casual spot with a few tables inside. It's definitely a smaller place but a great place to sit for a quick bite after walking around downtown. Service: the people at the counter were very nice. They only have 1 conveyer belt oven for heating, so when people order a lot of slices and it's busy, you could be waiting a decent amount of time for your slices. Overall, we'll continue to visit Jules whenever we're in Princeton!“

“Picked up an Italian Hoagie w/FF to go. First time here I was pleasantly surprised by the portion and especially the pricing! The Italian Hoagie was spot on the fries were delicious too. I think I paid under $15 for the hoagie, fries, and drink. Roll and meats were very fresh. Looking forward to trying other things here and only gave it a three for service because when I walked in the only gentleman working was super nice while three other people standing around didn’t even raise their heads to acknowledge me. “We had a good time, had an upbeat server, and the filet with lobster tail was delicious and cooked perfectly. It was a great night of celebration with immediate seating. The only down side was that we were seated at a four chair table on the dining floor and people seemed to think it was appropriate to cut through and bump us as we were eating. After the fourth time with the same person, I asked for them to please stop. Rude people shouldn't reflect a restaurant rating, but unfortunately it did affect our experience.“
