The look of the store is very much like an ice cream place but Carvel ice cakes were truly amazing. If you preorder or come on the day you need cake you cannot go wrong. Kids and adults were impressed. The only challenge is you need to have fridge storage available as big as the cake for a few hours.“

“What a truly wonderful experience it was coming here. This nice young lady that works there was very polite. There was a bit of traffic building up in there behind me, but she was very patient with me as I surely took quite a while to order a few things for my family members. Everything was clean, and freshly organized. She even made sure to reassure me that the utensils were all cleaned properly because I tend to get a bit skeptical due to the possibility of cross contamination. The ice cream quality was great! Much better than most other places in this area. I never asked for that young lady’s name but she wore a lot of bracelets, and had black nails just like my daughter, which I complemented! “I frequent this Rita’s often. Today 6/15/22 I received my order total and I realized it was much more than usual. I asked was there a price change recently. I was told there was a $1 charge for sprinkles!!! This new pricing is not posted on their current menu. Patrons should not be charged for this until it’s visibly posted on the menu.“
