“I would like to recognize an employee at this location for her enthusiasm and positive attitude, her name is Rose. I come every morning to this location on my way to work and every time I walk in she takes the time to greet me and wish me a nice day. Yesterday morning I stopped as usual to pick up my order and on my way out, I bumped into my car and dropped my drink so I decided to return later to get another one. While I was waiting for my order I told her about what happened to me in the morning and she kindly handed me a store gift card to use it on my next visit. I truly appreciate her thoughtfulness and kindness, and I really appreciate her great customer service.“
