You can't go wrong with the dishes here. Especially with the bandeja paisa and pechuga asada.. and the fresh shakes of fruits . Really recommend it“

“Came in for lunch and our server Paola was the sweetest. She made me the most delicious Coconut Mojito. Food was delicious, fresh and perfectly seasoned.
I highly recommend if you want Colombian Food or soup this place will suffice.

“I think the azúcar buffet is great. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. The food is amazing I love the service and the people who work here. Angelina and the other staff members are great. I love how they are always greeting me and everyone else saying good morning and good evening and make my day. I think the drinks are great. The buffet is really clean and neat. It’s one of my favorite buffets to go to. I would definitely recommend to go with family members it’s child friendly and there is no problems at all. The chicken lentil soup was full of flavor and love, as if my grandmother made it. “I really like Colombian food. In Elizabeth there are several Colombian restaurants, but sometimes I don't find the food flavorful. Here at Las Ollitas Colombianas, I liked the flavor; the seasoning was very good, the beans were delicious, and the guacamole with chicharron was also very good.
The waitresses were friendly, the only thing they didn't do was come by our table halfway through to check if everything was okay Del resto lo recomiendo!“

“I go to this restaurant at least 2 times per month. Everything on the menu is great. Prices are cheaper than the other restaurants near by. Food is colombian but the owners are mexican but don't be fooled thinking that taste is not the same because it IS THE SAME TASTE OF COLOMBIAN FOOD. They do have customers parking in rear. Don't park across the street in the banks parking lot you will get towed as it happened to a friend of mine“

Although the menu says they will charge an 18 or 20% tip automatically to a party of 4 and higher, they still had it to be party of 2 automatically. if you don't realize that then they hand you the receipt with the tip line blank, hoping you had another 20% percent I think this thief and deceptive.“

My new favorite salad with skirt steak and shrimp was delicious. Empanadas were outstanding with the perfect (aji) hot sauce. My wife and daughter totally enjoyed their traditional Bandeja Paisas. “Skirt steak med rare w a delicious chimichurri sauce, decent white rice. Had maracuyá and it was good not too sweet. A lil bit of a language barrier but server was nice. Had grilled salmon and that’s where I deducted the star it was plain with no seasoning - atleast none I could taste and the edges where very hard. Tip is included in the check- it was two of us and a baby.“
