“This place was amazing. Super attentive service, the best mango margarita I’ve ever had, and fantastic colombian food. We got the arepa burger w/ yuca fries, Ajiaco soup, and the Chicharrona arepa. Every bite was incredible. We especially loved the soup which was recommended to us by our server! Found this place through blackbird and we will be back!“

“One of the few authentic Colombian bakeries in Bushwick Brooklyn. As the area slowly changes, this Colombian staple keeps going strong. Coffee is super rich and the empanadas has me returning every time. I recommend if you're ever in the Bushwick area!“

“This is an amazing place for a couple of drinks and snacks. I have not had an entree here but ordered the empanaditas, not the biggest fan of them as I was expecting something with a bit more of colombia influence and received the total opposite. Otherwise the drinks are amazing and the bartenders are always friendly. The ambiance and decor are my favorite.“

“I loved this place I would recommend it to a friend or family member, the view is nothing really special but I loved the service the people are really nice and the food is Colombian and is very delicious I loved everything but the bad is that there is not much tables or space to sit and many times is a bit too cold but still loved this place“

“Stopped by Sabor de Colombia after hearing a lot of local buzz about their empanadas, though I ended up trying a few other items on this visit.
The highlight was definitely the iced coffee—it was absolutely on point and hit the spot. However, the bakery side was a bit of a mixed bag. I ordered a Mojicón with guava paste, but unfortunately, it just didn't taste fresh. I also tried a piece of baked bread, which was sadly lacking in flavor and not very tasty.
Since the locals swear by their empanadas, I'd definitely give them another chance to try those next time. For now, it’s a great stop for a caffeine fix, but the baked goods were a bit of a miss for me.“
