“We went out for dinner tonight at S-Meat & Hueso in Astoria, and as always, the experience was spectacular. As soon as we arrived, our server introduced themselves and was extremely attentive throughout the entire night. This time we tried the Premium All-You-Can-Eat option, and it was amazing—the quality of the meat is excellent. It's also great for kids; my son had the chicken wings and loved them. To top it all off, we enjoyed some ice-cold beers that were absolutely perfect.

“I like this place. We had brunch and the food tasted really good. Baked Chix w/ lemon, awesome. Juicy, moist and tasty. The rice and beans w/chicharones, yum. Not into sweets but the flan w/caramel just hit the spot, it was sweet but not too sweet. The ladies, servers, was very nice and attentive. The ambience, upgraded industrial columbian resto, great.“

“Went here with my brother for breakfast last week. It was excellent. I got huevos pericos (scrambled eggs with tomato, peppers, green onions, etc.) and he got the rice and beans with sausage. Both were excellent. The green hot sauce was also really good—we almost went through an entire bottle. Finally we split a vanilla do if which was more like a donut eclair; very very sweet but good. In short, I loved this place. There is no wonder it is so hyped up and popular.“

“Stumbled upon this place by chance and was really impressed. I tried the pan queso and the bunuelos. Both were delicious and freshly made. Also grabbed an iced coffee, which hit the spot. Prices were surprisingly reasonable for a café. Definitely worth a visit!“

“Love this place, all the branches too. Quality is the same throughout, I highly recommend the caramel and cheese empanada with powdered sugar! Especially as a dessert empanada. Sounds like a weird combo, but they compliment each other and is such an underrated pick. Gets busy quick depending on the time, I recommend take out and ordering in advanced, otherwise there is a lot of space to eat but can get cramped. All sauces are great too yum.“
