“Never a bad experience at this chick fil a even if they get my order wrong. Which is like 1 in a million yknow? The staff looks very young and you would think this generation would be negligent of the labor they put out but these kids do their best and it really shows. I wonder if thats why the food tastes twice as good.

Vegetarian options: They happen to have a veggie wrap available. And you can have the salads without their chicken egg or bacon at your discretion. They also have fruitcups available. So if you really think about it theres at least one VEGAN meal possible here and that speaks! Still waiting on a fried chicken sandwich substitute. I bet they could do that really well.

Dietary restrictions: They are very good with caring for my gluten allergy. I watched my order taker ask their leaders to change their gloves. They also go the extra mile and write it on the order itself so the kitchen gets it too i think. Never had a problem here.

Parking: They share a parking lot with the diner next to them. It can often get so packed even their curbsides can get congested.

Kid-friendliness: Every other day i see them have some sort of activity for children and their families. This place is all about em!

Wheelchair accessibility: Automatic door sensors for weelchairs. Ramps available for that as well. And their tables are spaced in a way for this as well.“

“I live in Philly, and I'll most likely start coming to this location from now on. Food was great, friendly service, and clean. Relaxing also~ came here around 6pm on a Friday and we were the only ones dining in. Best part is Rita's is right down the road for dessert.

“I would more accurately rate this spot a 3.5 stars for FOOD. While the food was flavorful and tasty it was lacking in size. It didn't really hit me until I snapped a picture of the chicken finger next to a Louisiana hot sauce packet for reference, and it was barely much bigger. I felt cheated. Since when were chicken fingers so small! Other than that, service was a 5 and atmosphere was a 5 and well deserved. They were extremely friendly and even checked in with me on the floor to ask how everything was, and the staff removed my trash for me and I was impressed by that. Their drive through is set up almost exactly like a Chick-fil-A which seems to work out really well. They don't have much a diverse menu aside from the chicken tenders and fries, they only have a chicken sandwich which comes with lettuce no option for any other toppings such as onions or tomatoes but what they have seems to be decent (Portion size aside) Overall, I would come back but let's just say I had higher expectations and I won't be bragging about Canes anytime soon. That's my take.“

“I stopped in today to purchase something for breakfast and was greeted by a young lady with a great big smile and her name was, oh God I hope I'm spelling it correctly, Haley. I joked with her and asked for several sandwiches made by a competitor of yours and she paused and started to laugh. That made me laugh too and it was so nice, with things in this world so crazy, to enjoy alittle peace through giggles. I just wanted to say that Hayley was terrific and while I was waiting for my meal to be completed we talked about her job, which I can see she enjoys working at chick-fil-la, my job, her schooling and just some great conversation. I can see she is an asset to your store and chick-fil-la and I just wanted to say thank you to Hayley and Chick-fil-la for making my day alittle bit more Blessed. Thank you Hayley, best of luck in school.

“There are 2 reasons I deducted a star:
1. Price - They are a bit on the expensive side, although everything on the menu is excellent.
2. Fries - The fries are good but too greasy. By the time I got home, the grease from the fries leaked through the paper bag and onto my clothes.
However, all that aside, the staff are super friendly, professional, and courteous. The burgers melt in your mouth!!! Superb! I am addicted to these darn things! Lol!

“Sharla is the sweetest person. We mentioned that we had stopped in for lunch while waiting for my husband to get his chemotherapy treatment across the street at Penn. She carried the tray for us, she kept making sure that he was okay and even followed us outside when we were leaving to wish him well and offer words of encouragement. “I went here because I heard they had decent gluten free rolls. But having a long day, I forgot to ask for the gluten free for my husband until it was all made. They saw the look on my face when I realized MY mistake and jumped to it said no problem and remade the sandwich with new gloves and utensils so there would be no cross contamination. Everyone was super friendly from the moment I walked in. Our sandwiches was delicious and my husband was so happy to actually get a real sub and not worry about getting sick.“

“What an amazing experience for late at night. There was an employee by the name of Anthony (AJ) who assisted me with a high chair without hesitation not only did he give directions but he actually came around from what he was doing to grab one for me. He kindly asked if he could sweep the other side and noted that we were able to stay as long as we needed no rush. The small question has such a big impact on someone when dining in with little ones. AJ not only was kind and considerate but made conversation with the family. This employee went above and beyond his job duties and role. I would truly return just to say hi and grab a bite to eat.

“we've been to Weber's twice this week and they are still keeping up the tradition of some of the best things you can get at a historical pull up drive in. I recommend the pork roll and cheese sandwich, fries and a Black Cow root beer float or the Black And White shake. Today I had a plain hot dog with yellow mustard and fries. Just Right!!! The burgers, cheesesteaks and chicken tenders, all good. The service was super fast and the food was just right. After missing them so much during the WORST of covid and hospital visits, I'm so glad they are back and they're bringing it to you! Don't miss it!“

From the time my order is taken (usually by Crystal , who is always very pleasant and goes above and beyond) at the window to the time that I pick up my order, It's always a smooth fast and efficient process. “This is hands down the best Jersey Mike's in a 30 mile radius. The staff is always so welcoming and genuinely happy to say hello. The only reason I do not give 5 stars, is jersey mikes as a corporation needs to put the wax paper or even foil over the cheesesteaks so that when you get home in under 10 mins your bread and paper are not being new best friends. The soggyness of the paper when getting a cheesesteak is not fun at all. It is almost 20 dollars for a half and a drink, for the sake of all of your fans please fix that! 💜💫“

“I wanted to take this time out to properly give props to this specific canes. The staff here are very warm and caring but the manager Phil is a true gem. I came in a few weeks ago because I had spilled my drink and I went in to get another drink because I couldn't have fingers without the lemonade.

Phil comp me the drink which was a very professional gesture but we had small talk and made me feel great. Two weeks later, I had came in to get some fingers and Phil came up to me and complimented me and pick up where our conversation was last left. He is truly a professional and attentive remember my order. Places needs more people like Phil.

“What more can I say about this establishment. I was blessed to be in the presence of the owner and daughter of this reputable Italian restaurant. When I arrived to the place, I didn't think much of it. I thought it was just another place to buy a cheesesteak. But oh no, was I caught off guard and was very surprised.

I was greeted very well by both, Mr. Vito(aka. "Bert" as everyone calls him) and his daughter. I went to the easy-to-read menu board and ordered a cheesesteak with fries. While I was waiting on my food, I started talking to Mr. Vito (who doesn't like to be called mister) and his daughter and the stories he told me were amazing.

I love the father and daughter interaction while he was telling me his story, and I love how his daughter was backing up his stories. Mr. Vito explained to me about his cooking methods and how he preps for the day, and while I was waiting on my food to be prepared, Mr. Vito showed me the way he cooks.

His daughter is a real salesman, she introduced me to her father's newest creation, "The Vegi Chicken Burger." It's made from real chicken where he pulls out all the fat and other parts of the chicken.

Anyway, I ordered the Vegi Chicken Burger and it was so good. This chicken burger is not a regular chicken patty that you get from some grocery store or food warehouse, this chicken burger is made in house and it's a perfectly thick portion of a patty.

If you need to change how you eat and want food that will not raise your blood pressure, (Vito told me that he does not add seasonings to his food but will add seasoning upon request) then I suggest you come down to Bert's Steak & Sub House, a real and authentic Italian Restaurant.“
