It’s not every day you get service that feels this personal and thoughtful. Spencer’s attitude was so positive, and he clearly cares about making people’s day better. What's there to say besides fast, friendly and caring community icons. It's Rocco's steaks delicious fresh high quality and the Italian Hoagie is the absolute best I have ever had.( Well, actually have had repeatedly over and over and delicious every time ) I just cannot bring myself to get one from anywhere else. High quality fresh meats made correctly. They also serve many other foods and breakfast items at good prices. A popular neighborhood staple but if you don't live in the direct area definitely worth a little ride for take out. ♥️ They are take out and delivery but they do have a small counter seating and both that many like to frequent.“

“It’s OK the food is pretty decent. The customer service they can kind of work on some things but it’s just like any other fast food place. They do the best that they can try and get the food out. There is always leading there to sit down. It feels like to say or you can take out or you can do DoorDash grab Uber eats I believe so it’s not a bad place. I definitely would recommend it.“

“Sharla is the sweetest person. We mentioned that we had stopped in for lunch while waiting for my husband to get his chemotherapy treatment across the street at Penn. She carried the tray for us, she kept making sure that he was okay and even followed us outside when we were leaving to wish him well and offer words of encouragement. “Five Guys has some of the best fries around. Whenever we’re craving something salty and indulgent, this is our go-to spot. I even stop by sometimes just for fries. That said, we always ask for them well done ... otherwise, they come out a little undercooked. When they’re crisp and golden, though, they’re hard to beat.

I usually skip the burgers. The company gets an F for its antibiotic use in beef, which is disappointing. They taste great, sure, but I’d feel a lot better if they used higher-quality, antibiotic-free meat. It’s 2025, this should be standard by now.

On the bright side, the staff here is consistently friendly, and the manager goes out of their way to be helpful. You can tell they treat their team well. There’s noticeably less turnover compared to other fast-casual places.“

“Used to come here with my parents as kids and always liked the roast beef and curly fries. Sandwiches are still good but the fries aren't as good as they use to be. Too greasy. And paying over $40 for three sandwiches, drinks and fries is too much.“

“What an amazing experience for late at night. There was an employee by the name of Anthony (AJ) who assisted me with a high chair without hesitation not only did he give directions but he actually came around from what he was doing to grab one for me. He kindly asked if he could sweep the other side and noted that we were able to stay as long as we needed no rush. The small question has such a big impact on someone when dining in with little ones. AJ not only was kind and considerate but made conversation with the family. This employee went above and beyond his job duties and role. I would truly return just to say hi and grab a bite to eat.

“This McDonald’s is a great one and the experience is always pleasant. I don’t eat McDonald’s food anymore but I know it tastes good and I go by my kids liking the food which they do. This location is also fast with your food and the service is outstanding.“

“What more can I say about this establishment. I was blessed to be in the presence of the owner and daughter of this reputable Italian restaurant. When I arrived to the place, I didn't think much of it. I thought it was just another place to buy a cheesesteak. But oh no, was I caught off guard and was very surprised.

I was greeted very well by both, Mr. Vito(aka. "Bert" as everyone calls him) and his daughter. I went to the easy-to-read menu board and ordered a cheesesteak with fries. While I was waiting on my food, I started talking to Mr. Vito (who doesn't like to be called mister) and his daughter and the stories he told me were amazing.

I love the father and daughter interaction while he was telling me his story, and I love how his daughter was backing up his stories. Mr. Vito explained to me about his cooking methods and how he preps for the day, and while I was waiting on my food to be prepared, Mr. Vito showed me the way he cooks.

His daughter is a real salesman, she introduced me to her father's newest creation, "The Vegi Chicken Burger." It's made from real chicken where he pulls out all the fat and other parts of the chicken.

Anyway, I ordered the Vegi Chicken Burger and it was so good. This chicken burger is not a regular chicken patty that you get from some grocery store or food warehouse, this chicken burger is made in house and it's a perfectly thick portion of a patty.

If you need to change how you eat and want food that will not raise your blood pressure, (Vito told me that he does not add seasonings to his food but will add seasoning upon request) then I suggest you come down to Bert's Steak & Sub House, a real and authentic Italian Restaurant.“

“First time I ever went to a Chick-fil-A and there wasn’t a long line. Strangely though it seemed like it took longer to get our food. The service wasn’t bad, it may be just because I’m used to them being so efficient this was much slower. Everything was good, only feedback would be that even when it’s slow we appreciate a quick experience.“

“we've been to Weber's twice this week and they are still keeping up the tradition of some of the best things you can get at a historical pull up drive in. I recommend the pork roll and cheese sandwich, fries and a Black Cow root beer float or the Black And White shake. Today I had a plain hot dog with yellow mustard and fries. Just Right!!! The burgers, cheesesteaks and chicken tenders, all good. The service was super fast and the food was just right. After missing them so much during the WORST of covid and hospital visits, I'm so glad they are back and they're bringing it to you! Don't miss it!“

“I wanted to take this time out to properly give props to this specific canes. The staff here are very warm and caring but the manager Phil is a true gem. I came in a few weeks ago because I had spilled my drink and I went in to get another drink because I couldn't have fingers without the lemonade.

Phil comp me the drink which was a very professional gesture but we had small talk and made me feel great. Two weeks later, I had came in to get some fingers and Phil came up to me and complimented me and pick up where our conversation was last left. He is truly a professional and attentive remember my order. Places needs more people like Phil.

“it’s a good taco bell. sometimes staff take a long time to start taking your order in the drive-thru, and as someone who has worked in fast food i imagine this is because they are short staffed and someone who’s taking orders is also bagging orders. the staff were nice, food was always hot, just seems like maybe they need more help at certain times? or maybe someone kept calling out on them? i don’t know.“

“My grandson tells me their chicken strips and sauce are the best! A 3 for service only because we are shorted 1 strip. The person who handled our issue was great. She was having them make us a whole new Caniac's Combo...until a manager got involved. He literally went in the back and grabbed us 1 strip instead. Fine. That is all we were owed, but he could take a lesson from her about providing great customer service.“
