“The Livingston CARS restaurant was small, but it was clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly and chatted with us a little bit before we left. We ordered take-out, and everything was well-packaged and clearly labeled so it was easy to sort out the items for our family members. The food was delicious and filling. “From the start from when we first walked in, the place smelled heavenly of fried chicken. The restaurant was clean and had no odor except the delicious smell of fried chicken. We were there at 5:30. The service was friendly and my husband and I were even told about the plastic glove that the napkins and fork were wrapped in when the guy behind the counter handed us our food. I was seriously craving wings, and since we live in Harrison—right next to Newark—my husband suggested we check out Darby’s Wings. Great call. Our order was ready in about 12 minutes, and the wings came out perfectly crispy and incredibly juicy. The sticky wing sauce? Absolutely mouthwatering. One of the staff members (or maybe the owner?) was also super sweet and gave us two different flavors of C&C soda to try. We’ll definitely be back the next time a wing craving strikes!“

The espresso martini was a highlight and definitely worth trying. The food was good, pretty standard bar fare, but still enjoyable. I’d love to see a bit more variety on the menu as they continue to grow.

Spacious good looking room. Our own bar and bartender. Food was outstanding, not your typical buffet. And staff never let things run out. Hot and fresh until everyone was satisfied. Amazing service and quality. HIGHLY recommend Picketts!!“

“The food and service at Tasha’s is great! My husband loves her food he won’t even let me cook him oxtails. He has had us try so many dishes and we are delighted everytime. The portions are large enough to eat a 2nd 3rd time depending on your appetite. There’s always dessert selections fresh in the fridge. And Tasha along with the family friendly staff are pleasant and welcoming. Now she sells her Oxtail Rub so you can try your hand at it. Overall I give Tasha 5 plus stars.
