The presentation of the food is superb and the food is amazing. Be prepared for an epicurean feast followed by delectable dessert. Prices are very reasonable, in addition.“

“The food at Salute Bistro was outstanding -- my wife loved the brussel sprouts (as did I) and her salmon...I thought the Paolo's salad was delicious as was my seafood and pasta. Service was attentive and efficient. I just wish that there were more patrons on a Saturday night as we don't want to lose this restaurant for Livingston. Perhaps it was just a slow early-summer kind of a night.“

“Guys, I stopped in yesterday to check the place out. I got to speak to Angie, one of the owners and I purchased a piece of Carrot Cake to take home. I had to take a bite the second I left the store. Just a taste. OMG! It was the best Carrot Cake that I ever had! So moist and full of flavor! I was very impressed. Sadly ... that piece of carrot cake barely made it to my car let alone back to my house! And you know what ... Not only was that carrot cake awesome, it was GLUTEN FREE. Now to put things into perspective for you all ... I own Ahrre's Coffee Roastery (Westfield & Summit) and -- way back in the 90's -- I owned the Common Ground Cafe in Summit. I have sampled cheese cake from countless commercial bakeries over the years. It was always my favorite type of cake and the ruler by which I judged the bakery. Taste Buddy is legit, folks! “Delicious food. Great service by Sydney! It started with amazing honey bread at the table. Flatbreads yum, especially the one with fig topping. Muscles, tuna tartare, noodle flush, brussel sprouts, calamari salad, and more! All yum! Would absolutely go there again. We had 8-10 people and the service was excellent.“

“The quality of the goods is second to none. We catered our entire Thanksgiving dinner from the Shrewsbury location and it was top tier in all respects. It’s not just the Italian specialty items that are excellent, it’s the whole range of prepared foods. The meat and fish departments are like the neighborhood markets of my youth. The employees are courteous and available and knowledgeable. The people who work there care about the customers and seem to like their jobs. If you’re a food person (whether you like to cook or just eat - for me it’s both) don’t miss this place. I love it even for regular grocery shopping. One note: you get what you pay for and here you get a lot so expect higher (but not insanely so) prices. It is well worth it.“

“Had dinner there for the second time on Saturday night! It was very memorable. The food was absolutely fantastic. I had the eggplant with the Barata for an appetizer. It was so delicious and so tasty and my main course was the homemade linguine with lump crab and corn. We also got the meatball which was spectacular and then I got the cheesecake dessert which was one of the best cheesecakes I’ve ever eaten. I absolutely love love love this place. Can’t wait to go back and eat there again.“

“We dined at Robert’s for the first time. We were celebrating a relative’s birthday. The food was outrageous! The appetizers were amazing as were all of the entrees. I had chicken stuffed with mushrooms and I can honestly say that it was the best chicken I have ever eaten. The portions were plentiful. We had a large selection of desserts to choose from at the end of the meal. I chose one particular dessert but before mine came out, I asked if I could exchange it for one that someone in our party had in front of her. No problem. They accommodated me and it was beyond delicious. Also, the staff was very attentive during our whole meal. They could not have been any better. The only negative was the fact that there was also another birthday celebration going on at the same time and it was so noisy that we couldn’t hear each other talk. Despite that, I wouldn’t hesitate to return to this fabulous restaurant.“

“This is a very nice mall. They have a lot of my favorite stores including Bath & Body Works and Macy's and the food court is absolutely amazing. The only other mall food court I have seen with all of my favorites in one place is Palisades Center. I just wish the mall had a decent toy store and a carousel like Woodbridge Center has.“

Temperatures were perfect on the food too. The zucchini blossoms and homemade gnocchi were the best I’ve had in YEARS. The chef and restaurant team are to be commended. The Arancine (rice balls) are excellent. Good quiche and great pastries. The owner is very nice and lived in Sicily.
I bought some bread, that I found to be excellent.
Street parking, about 6 tables for 2 and good service.“
