“I've been impressed with the quality of Made Meals—the ingredients taste fresh, the meals are well-prepared, and the food is consistently high quality. My biggest complaint is the number of extra fees. Between delivery (which is noticeably more expensive on Mondays), the bag fee (paper vs. cooler), driver tip, and taxes, the final cost ends up much higher than the listed meal prices. I'd also love to see a pickup location in Manhattan to reduce total cost, and it would be great if the taxes and bag fee were already included in the meal price to make pricing feel more transparent.“

“Had dinner there for the second time on Saturday night! It was very memorable. The food was absolutely fantastic. I had the eggplant with the Barata for an appetizer. It was so delicious and so tasty and my main course was the homemade linguine with lump crab and corn. We also got the meatball which was spectacular and then I got the cheesecake dessert which was one of the best cheesecakes I’ve ever eaten. I absolutely love love love this place. Can’t wait to go back and eat there again.“

“This cute bake shop is small, but dense, providing various flavors and products that are hard to find vegan. The cake truffles (Red Velvet and Fudge Brownie) were amazing—fudgy and flavorful on the inside with just enough icing. The cupcakes (tiramisu and Old Skool) were moist with rich filling at the center and a sufficient amount of frosting. Sweet Avenue deserves their due. I hope I can return one day to try more! “Excellent bakery. Lots of quality and a nice variety of baked goods. My only complaint is that even though the espresso I had was made correctly, I didn't feel the "taste" was there. Must be a domestically made coffee. Wish they would use a true Italian espresso like Illy at the least. Other than that I'll be back.“

I finished the whole thing after dinner with coffee ice cream—pure comfort. I feel a little guilty, but my heart and “stomach” were singing. Can’t wait for my next visit.“
