Every single guest commented on how delicious the food was. Several people even told us it was the best food they had ever had from a caterer. Tushar is so helpful and easy to work with too. We'll definitely be going back to Harvest Bistro for all of our future parties!“

“I had a fantastic experience here! The food was so good that I wanted seconds of everything we ordered. The service was also fantastic; our server was incredibly nice and helpful, consistently checking in on our table to see if we needed anything and ensuring we never waited too long. The atmosphere was delightful, and everything was clean and neat. If I could, I would give this restaurant six stars. I will definitely be going back soon!“

“The food and wine were outstanding - one of the best meals I've had for a long time. One of us had Osso Buco, I had Filet and my partner had a Chilean sea bass special. Each dish was perfect. The pumpkin cheesecake was creamy light and spiced beautifully. The restaurant had a lovely warm ambiance.“

“I really really really like this place. I ordered penne (a form of pasta) with butter alongside my family, and I love this place very much. The penne is beyond the term exquisite and the butter with it was amazing. I can only say the downside is the physical appearance and even then I like it. It's a little cramped and it's relatively hard to navigate when with a group even though the place is small, but I genuinely love this place very much. Overall on a scale of 1-10, I'm giving this a 9.7 due to the small inconvenience of small size it that's what happens when your located in a strip-mall. Thank you for your service and food!!“

“We flew to town, walked into Chef Fredy's and got blown away! Our server was super knowledgeable and gave us great suggestions. The food was absolutely amazing, one dish after another! We split the pear salad. We tried the bone marrow escargot, which was a great twist on how it's usually done. I had the lamb ossobuco. It was cooked to perfection, meat falling off the bone! Finger licking Delicious!! We finished it off with truffle covered pistachios ice cream. They have a great menu. Must try all!“

“The service here is truly 5 stars, worth it to return for that attention and comfort. They have the routine down and give you the attention you want and feel special on for a night out. Definitely recommend reservations as it got major crowded in the tables and around the bar. Their cocktail list is impressive and was not disappointing in execution. We had the stuffed mushrooms to start and it was juicy though underseasoned. Their steaks were exactly what you want and I recommend the au poivre sauce as a tangy condiment. That was memorable for sure. The place overall just seems dark and outdated in furnishings, especially in the bathrooms. Their food hits the mark and service makes it worth returning.“

“This is one of my mom's favorite places for coffee. Everything I've tried at Liv Breads is delicious. All the croissants are amazing, but the nutella croissant is ridiculously good. The sandwiches are all fresh, healthy, and satisfying. The coffee is excellent. I love the samples you can try as you wait in line. Had to purchase the cardamon bun after tasting the sample. It is a unique pastry I haven't seen elsewhere, and it is the perfect blend of sweet, spicy, and crunchy. Going back soon to try the baguette which looks delicious.“

“This is such a cute bakery! They have a perfect array of cookies, cupcakes, scones, and other goodies! I've tried the scones, royal frosted cookies, and now the lemon loaf (GF) and have loved them all. It does tend to be busy but the staff is friendly and moves you on through. There is limited outdoor seating nearby so plan to bring your goodies outside or to the car. Prices are not listed for pastries and it isn't cheap - but I say worth it!“

“I came upon this place through a friend's recommendation, and he was spot on! A good indicator of how delicious the food will be is the taste emanating from the to go bags. It was tough to sit in the car with that phenomenal aroma. Although we didn't try the pizza, the entrées we opted with were delicious. We ordered the rigatoni with meat sauce, and that was pretty good. The chicken cheesesteak with the works (onions, peppers, and mushrooms) were fully loaded. The vegetables were at the bottom and the chicken was perfectly cooked with just the right amount of cheese. I loved the well toasted bun that was very crispy. I would definitely try this place again.“

“Walked in on a busy Saturday evening with my wife. The place was bustling but we were able to grab two seats at the bar after waiting about 10 minutes. Sara was tending bar and she greeted us right away. We shared a steak, arugula salad, a side of onion rings, and had a couple of drinks. One of the best meals we've had in a while on datenight and Sara's service was top notch. My wife and I go to Roots often and we found the food and service better here. “In August of 2023, due to certain health issues, I became vegetarian and in most cases vegan, as well as I was no longer allowed to have wheat based products, so gluten free as well. I started doing a lot of my own cooking, but also at times want to explore foods and especially baked goods, that I am allowed to have without compromising my health, but with great taste. This place absolutely delivers. I tried a cupcake and a doughnut, both delicious and absolutely amazing. We also found out from a young lady that works there, that they make gluten free, vegan and even sugar free cakes, with a long enough notice, to order. I have finally found another place where I can enjoy guilt free deserts with absolutely amazing tastes and that go well with my health driven diet. Love it and absolutely coming back again soon.“

Our server, Elvis, was absolutely fantastic - attentive, friendly, and made great recommendations. The food and drinks were delicious across the board, with everyone in our group loving their orders. “I was impressed with this restaurant, we enjoyed the food as well as the ambiance and service. I came for a business lunch. Ate inside the porch area that was enclosed. I thought the service was very good in terms of attentiveness. The food we got was flat bread pizza for appetizer, pepperoni with hot honey was delicious. The burger tasted great cooked perfectly when I ordered a medium, presentation was nice as I ordered a salad instead of French fries. Most importantly they had Aqua Pana for water. I did think the prices were a bit inflated and expensive however their service made up for it.“

“Freud de Sel is an amazingly dangerous bakery to my waistline and wallet. When I go in, I can’t resist the call of those tantalizing pastries and desserts. Everything that I’ve tried has been wonderful. Their baguette is perfection. All the desserts are works of art. Love that we have such an authentic French bakery in Chatham. “We order from Mario's for our Religious School and sometimes social hour after services. This week we were supposed to get food from another local vendor, but even with confirmation, they did not show up and told us they forgot. Mario's to the RESCUE! I called them and they quickly brought us 10 pies and Saved The Day! Thank you Mario's! They are never late, the kids and adults love not only the pizza's but every dish we have ordered from them. We are lucky to have them in our community.“

“Strolling through town a wanted a little snack to go with my healthy smoothie from earlier. I walked in and was warmly greeted by a cheerful guy. After checking out the menu, I asked him what his favorites were and he made all the tacos sound so delicious. I was kinda of leaning towards a bowl, but after hearing all the taco goodness I grabbed a Cajun shrimp taco to hold me over till later.Turns out the guy I was chatting with was the owner, Todd. Really great to interact with him, super passionate about this place.Service was fast, taco was $6ish, and it was really tasty. The server was very sweet and kind and took good care of us. We are used to the location in Metuchen which is nicer inside. The seating was rather pedestrian. I think they were having problems with their exhaust, as there was an unpleasant smoke from the grill wafting in the air. “Went to this diner / burger pop up spot when it was in burger pop-up mode. Nice, spacious, clean interior. Not an extensive menu but what they did offer was fantastic. The burgers were cooked as requested, juicy and well seasoned and to top it all off ... Jersey bounce sauce. I don't know what's in that sauce but I put it on everything ! Reasonably priced and courteous service. Definitely a place to go back to and try additional burgers.“

“Took 3 of my kids for some slices today and was pleasantly surprised when they rang me up... $5 lunch special for two (delicious) plain slices and a can of soda? What?!? I didn't think shops did this anymore - especially ones with slices this nice. Even if you put the price aside for a moment, a tasty sauce atop a thin crust with a satisfying crunch makes this one fine slice. So glad we discovered this place.“

“This place is my freaking go to for a salmon salad! I order a "caesar" salad with salmon. They give you such a generous piece of fish on top of the salad. I put caesar in quotes because it doesn't taste like your regular caesar dressing - but it still tastes good lol“

“Chef V- Absolutely love everything about my delivery of fresh cold pressed juice, detox soup, protein shakes, and schedule for the detox! The order process was easy, delivery was very smooth. Driver called me at 3:45am (still asleep) but my delivery was waiting by my door at 4am promptly. The 2 day pre cleanse instructions was simple, and easy. Cutting out dairy, sugar, caffeine, meat (vegetarian) so that was no big deal. I thought not having caffeine was going to be a tough one, as a avid coffee drinker, that uses raw specialty sugar, no refined sugars. Did not realize how addictive sugar can be, and I hope to lessen my sugar habit. This juice cleanse is not for a fast weight loss after Thanksgiving but it's a lifestyle for me. Not having to think about meal prep, and food makes this easy. Don't have any medical issues such as high cholesterol, diabetes, or blood pressure issues. But I am sure this is going to make my Doctors jealous that my routine blood work is better than theirs! To be honest "Nothing tastes, as good as skinny feels"! And I don't feel like chewing, so I will be sipping these juices right into the New Years!“

They’re the kind of place that you can ask for a specific pastry in the tray, but this will frustrate the person behind the counter and you might end up like Seinfeld and soup. ?I asked about buying a dozen donuts and was shocked by the price. There isn’t a dozen discount or the like. You simply pay for a dozen pastries at a few bucks a piece. “I absolutely love Dough Palace! I have been having their items for close to 2 years now. Everytime there is something new and delicious. It is the best food item to crave your sweet tooth while focusing on gains! I personally love the truffles. Just last night I had a brownie topped with oreo pro dough and cookie. I heated a small piece up for 30 seconds and it was amazing! 5/5 everytime!“

“Went to yestoday, yesterday and got the bubble cone. The whole experience was amazing and you can’t say that often lately, we got the bubble cone. One iced tea had to be asked for 3 times, one meal didn't come out until everyone else was almost done.5 adults went, and we were presented a bill with automatic 20% tip... and told a 7% discount for cash and 3% surcharge for credit card. We normally tip 20% so that wasn't terrible. It was just a surprise with only 5 and the waiter didn't tell us it was already added. I get the cc surcharge... but cash discount sounds like.... fishy.We won't be going back...“

“This is by far our favorite sushi spot in all of New Jersey. Very unassuming restaurant in a strip mall area. The special sushi rolls are unbelievable. Take note of the board with specials, including the Cosplay Roll and the Luck Roll. The fish is always fresh and so tasty, the preparation lovely crafted with care. This restaurant can rival some of the most high end sushi restaurants in Manhattan. Also try the spicy Kani salad. Ample free parking and they do take out orders too, though we prefer to eat there in person. The place is BYOB and there is Ridge Wine store in the same strip mall, so very convenient to grab a bottle of sake before eating there.Kid-friendliness: We usually get the grilled seabass for the kids and they usually offer to split it for us.“
