Worst customer service ever! They have 20 plus people working yet they can not get simple orders out and the laugh when orders are not ready. Last week I was charge for a wrap I never received after waiting for 40 minutes this week ordered smoothies arrived after received text they were ready THEY were not - they smiled and said we will do them now!!! Had to ask for refund 3x before he actually processed it!

I don’t know what happened but before the service just to be really good the food is still good, but new management is really rude.

Overpriced, bad service, lacks proper management and procedures. Rude staff you can't understand because none of them speak English. Place is a joke

This place used to be diner-ish. Had a sit-down counter, friendly staff, all that. I know it's been years since then, and they've been though some remodels, etc.
Nobody should ever wait 20 minutes for one Livingston sandwich. Not with 7 people behind the counter. Just another example of a small, great local place turned to trash to chase the next trends.

Perfectly balanced, unsalted steak and eggs, and homemade fries, cooked to perfection with an amazing chimichurri sauce. Food was out in less than 10 minutes 10 out of 10 experience definitely coming back.

I had to come to Seymour’s Cafe as I was out at the Mall in Short and they are less than 10 minute’s away.
This is a unique 5 star restaurant that is worthy of a visit by Guy Fieri if he is still doing road trips for “Diners , Drive Ins and Dives”.
All I can say is you have to try them. It’s worth the drive! They put a different spin on everything they serve. When you walk in, you may think it’s a local deli that you go for a take out breakfast or lunch.
Then you see the tables and all the customers sitting there. They have everything you could want from coffee, teas, juices, smoothies, sandwiches paninis, poke bowls, pancakes, waffles, breakfast and lunch dishes.
You can tell that they have a ton of regular customers, that are very loyal. They also do catering, and even though I live in Brooklyn, they are willing to deliver to me.
Today I met some amazing people at the restaurant. Congratulations to Carlos who is a new manager. He is a US Army Veteran who saw combat action and I hope everyone will thank him for his service when they visit. Carlos really cares about his customers. When we entered we were greeted, he started up a conversation and checked in on us throughout our meal.
Victor was our server and he made great recommendations. He was also very friendly, we also met Melvin who was a runner and made sure the food came out promptly with all the accoutrements.
Today we started with the blueberry pancakes. You get two large pancakes that are as big as the dish. They had blueberries inside and outside, whipped cream and maple syrup. Probably the best I’ve ever had!
I had the apple, lemon, ginger juice which hit the spot.
We also had the tuna poke bowl and the shrimp fajita bowl. The ingredients and fish were fresh and plentiful. I was stuffed by the time we left.
I would highly recommend Seymour’s Cafe if you want to experience phenomenal food and customer service.

The woman managing the front counter is a superstar. She's short and has glasses and she was answering a non-stop phone line, walk-ins and dealing with the staff all while being the kindest person with a smile. Super impressed.

Worth all the dollars you’ll spend here, and it will be a lot, but I’ve not ordered 1 thing here that I’ve been disappointed in. All stuff is super tasty & so fresh. Salmon Benedict is my favorite

In on business trips and stopped to get breakfast since they open early. Ordered a delicious cappuccino and blueberry pancakes. The pancakes had a lot of flavor but weren't fully cooked in the center.
